@@MattVavrochFishing That is one I haven't tried. I used to love catfish and eat it often but I never tried smoking them.
@@PeelingLine it’s so good because the smoke cuts the fishiness and clings to the fat so you get the best of both worlds from the smoke. Very nostalgic for my because my grandpa used to smoke cats we caught every summer before he got to the point he couldn’t and passed away.
