Pretty sure we saw the Leader from behind in a quick shot. And also finally a glimpse of the Celestial in the ocean.
Yeah 100% great eye. I jacked up the brightness on my phone and you could kinda make out some green and a weird veiny texture in the base of his head and neck.
We saw Tim Blake Nelson briefly. That one scene towards the end you see someone in trenchcoat talking on the phone looking out a window in a room with a door to his left.
You see the back of his neck is a little green. Thats Nelson as The Leader
The celestial didn't even cross my mind while watching the trailer.

This looks really great. We've all heard the skuttlebutt behind the scenes, but this looks really great. I'm stoked to see Sam carry the shield forward and Mackie obviously has the charisma to lead a film.

It's shocking and surprising that they have the cast members of the Incredible Hulk movie and I still feel that Captain America 4 will be a hidden Hulk movie. And with hints of better vibes from Secret Invasion and Winter Soldier...BETTER!!!
It is funny to me because yeah almost everything in this is a Hulk/Hulk adjacent villain/character. This obviously isn't directly a Hulk story the way Thor Ragnarok canabalized my favorite Hulk story but sucks to see my favorite character's stories and rogue's gallery used for other heroes because of legal issues >

I hope this turns out good. But I get the reservations, Secret invasion promised are more serious "winter solider esque" spy thriller and it turned out pretty bad. Also we have been fooled by trailers before by the likes of Echo. Lets hope this is good and with Deadpool and Wolverene, starts a MCU renaissance..

@parsman9914 In the comics, Thunderbolt Ross when he turns into the red Hulk. The mustache disappears, so i'm thinking they might do the opposite where the mustache appears when he turns into the hulk, because he got it when he had the mustache Going into my theory that red hulk is extremists from iron man three and hope blood mix together

Tim Blake Nelson was in two shots. The shot from behind, you can see his green head while he’s on the phone and he’s also the photographer in that shot in the White House from outside the gala room. Danny was flying next to Sam at the end too, at Tiamut Island.

Tom Clancy is my favorite writer...Jack Ryan is my favorite literary character. The Winter Soldier is my favorite MCU Film, and Falcon and The Winter Soldier is my favorite MCU Disney Plus show...So this movie is all the way up my alley! Probably seeing a couple times opening weekend.

That looked really interesting for the vast majority of the trailer when it looked all technothriller but I'm not sure I'm onboard with Red Hulk being in the mix. I'm wondering if that cliff type thing we saw coming out of the ocean was anything to do with the with the (confusingly so far absent) giant celestial.
Great commentary and you're spot on. It has a "White House Down - Winter Soldier" vibe. This was actually smart move by Marvel because WS was one of their BEST movies and is a nod to a time in the MCU that we all loved (Pre-Endgame) where they werent pushing a WOKE narrative.

My only concern is the film being overstuffed. With The Leader and Red Hulk both being in it, hopefully they both get enough character development and good enough writing to be compelling villains.
I'm hoping they keep Red Hulk's powers the way they work int he comics. I don't want him to just be a palette swap for the Incredible Hulk.

Why does this just look like another Marvel TV show? It doesn't look like a big budget movie. Hopefully this is just a "work print" trailer.
It looks...okay. But I'm wondering what everyone's obsession is with saying it's a political/espionage thriller? Is it to give it some sort of gravitas? Putting Harrison Ford in it doesn't necessarily equate it with a Tom Clancy story just because he portrayed Jack Ryan. Those 70's spy thrillers were far more complex than I think Marvel is willing or able to pull off. Not if they are trying to kickstart their IP again. But at least it's not the damn multi-verse.
