When I go to Favorites on Gracenote it says, “To register favorites, select “Add favorites” in the contact list while the vehicle is safely parked.” Well, I’m safely parked and the “Add favorites” option does not exist under the contact list. I have an issue with My 2018 Camry LE. This has started few months ago. My saved favorite contacts on the screen keep disappearing. On the third time I crank up the car, they're gone. It's so annoying to be adding them over and over again. Is there any solution for this? I'm using android phone.
2021 RAV4, but the screen is the same. I add contacts, and they are there for a few cycles of starting and stopping the car. Then they disappear. Phone is still connected, because I can add them again. But sometime in the next couple of days they will disappear again. Lather, rinse repeat. I suspect I have done this a few dozen times since I got the vehicle in Sept 2021. No other phones are paired in this vehicle. I tire of adding contacts to this widget. Why won't it keep them? What should I be doing differently?
That's not normal operation. If your phone is connected, your contacts should populate. You should consider getting it to your nearest Toyota ServiceCenter
How do you delete a contact. Not replace it with someone else, want to delete and only have three contacts on the display.

No solution for this unfortunately. Remove your device from bluetooth and add it again to fully reset it. That’s the only way
That’s nice except for the contacts aren’t updated to FIND on that list. How do you update your phone contacts?

You may have a problem with your radio, Dave. I recommend bringing it into to your nearest Toyota ServiceCenter for diagnostic.
