I find your workouts very helpful. Thank you. In this one, on the last exercise, you're saying: "make sure not to lift the butt...". But, it looks like this is the point of this exercise? Also, in "windmill " - are the legs suppose to come down at a 90 degrees angle to the body or larger ? Thank you.
It's affective thats for sure but I think after awhile you should do it twice a day to make it even more affective cause for me it stopped being affective after a month😛

Lumowell when i was doing this I had neck pain and couldn't go further than side crunches. Just to note I am not an adult yet.
