    This workout Regime is really reliable and gives the resukts everyone wants...it takes about 3-4 weeks to start seeing visual results...ive been doing this (almost) everyday for 9 months and not only do i have abs now, but this regime also burns majority of belly fat sitting around your gut...i really really recommend everyone do this👌❤️

      kafunny challenges did you do it 4 times a week or more?

    Best workout channel ever! Easy to follow, not difficult, lots of motivation and helpful tips throughout...not to mention very effective!

    Best excersice regime I've done! It's motivating, not to hard, and I like how you use models to get a better idea instead of real people who mess it up👍👌👏

    loved, loved this workout.. I have tried many workout and thought they were too easy.. but this was not too hard but good enough to get the burn.. loved it! Thanks!

    THIS IS THE BEST AB WORK OUT I HAVE EVER DONE!!!. 1 week my stomach fills so much more titan that it use to be

    I find your workouts very helpful. Thank you. In this one, on the last exercise, you're saying: "make sure not to lift the butt...". But, it looks like this is the point of this exercise? Also, in "windmill " - are the legs suppose to come down at a 90 degrees angle to the body or larger ? Thank you.

    Lumowell when i was doing this I had neck pain and couldn't go further than side crunches. Just to note I am not an adult yet.
    Whats Your advice?

    It's affective thats for sure but I think after awhile you should do it twice a day to make it even more affective cause for me it stopped being affective after a month😛
