Love seeing the real/human side of you as well Erika ! 🤗
I was married at 35 and tried to get pregnant for 4yrs. We finally stopped and asked ourselves, “why do we want children? Is it because that’s just what you do after getting married ? Are we trying to fill a void ? Do we think it will give us a purpose ? Do we want to raise someone to do the things we never got to do ?”
At the end of it, we decided not to do IVF and just left it in God’s hands. Right now our baby is our business and we are OK with not having children. A friend once told me her boyfriend wanted children so he wouldn’t be lonely when he got older. Everyone has their reasons, so as long as you’re both ok with your reasons, that’s great.
Children are beautiful and a true blessing. I was a teacher for 20yrs before making a career switch. So all I can say is really think about the why, and be ok with whatever decision you make with your partner. Wishing you all the best !! 🥰

This video really deserves more views. If only the title mentions who's being interviewed that would have piqued more interest, rather than the current one. Just from the title, I thought you're interviewing Anne Boden, founder of Starling Bank.

Love learning from the wisdom of others! Thank you Erika! I regret focusing on my career and not being able to have more kiddos too tbh.

He has a song. He is the prince that was promised, and his is the song of ice and fire. There must be one more. The dragon has three heads.
