    I have had my Air Physio for years. It is especially coming in handy now. I tested positive for Covid yesterday. This morning in between my 5 minute session I coughed up a lot of mucous. It was such a relief as now it doesn’t hurt to cough making it easier to breathe. This little gadget is a must have for those of us who have lung issues. As for the cost, I got mine on sale. They do have good deals for family bundles as well.

    COPD says the doctor. Have scripted inhaler daily. Am using this air physio for about 3+ weeks now.. went from twice a day to once a day. It has increased my ability to inhale to exhale more than twice the length of time for each occassion, from when I started. Do persevere up to 10 minutes until even harder sputum is coughed up. Yes I do recommend it.

    I've got one. Just started using it about 3 days now. The video is helpful but maybe you could us a microphone to show people the noise it makes when you really get that ball bouncing. It's like a cat purring in slow motion. You can feel it down to your stomach. I usually feel it towards the end of my exhale. After a few tries I can make the vibration last longer. My oxygen level is usually at a 97-98%. Today 04/28/2023 I am a solid 98%. I'll edit this comment in a few weeks and let you know what happens.
    ....
    It's been two months and I have not been using it as much as I thought I would. Sporadically. I also have not noticed any changes. I would say inconclusive results. My oxygen level is, on average, 97 and still is 97. I'll try again to do it every morning.

      I'm still going for a chest scan because I occasionally now have the coughing out of no where. But sometimes it's food that triggers it.

    When you are using this, at the recommended 45 degree angle, can you see the ball bearing well enough, so you know you are exhaling correctly? Seems yes, you could, however with a bit cross-eyed focusing. And doing that for 5 minutes, might create some dizziness (for me), maybe not for others. Has this symptom ever come up in reviews from your customers? Thank you.

    • @janined5784
      @janined5784 Рік тому

      Yes, it can make you feel light-headed if you go at it too hard. Just trial and error really.
      Just breathe normally for a few breaths without using the Air Physio, and that symptom should vanish.
      Also, you don't actually need to see the ball bearing moving, you can hear it clacking up and down as well as feel the vibration of it.

    • @ajnazatahm
      @ajnazatahm Рік тому +2

      You can’t really see it that well even when it’s positioned correctly. You feel it physically and hear the way the ball makes a fluttering sound.
      Dizziness isn’t unusual, but it means you should take your breath in, wait for some of the oxygen to actually absorb, and then exhale through the device. Dizziness is just you not getting enough oxygen in. Take a break and breath normally till it goes away.

After a while it strange that nothing happened. I then read the instructions and found out that there was a ball bearing. I looked around and found it on the floor. I installed the ball bearing and I started breathing in and out through my mouth. I did feel phlegm at the back of my throat and coughed it up. Still I thought that I wasn’t doing it right so I sought out videos. I will try the method in this video and see how it goes. But I was able to get some phlegm out earlier. @vakantieman3270 Using levels higher than fifty and then switching to patches will not satisfy any cravings. I have not tried patches but I have tried gum and the gum was useless to me.

      @@dallanlewis6084 well then just stop.. it. Because it’s definitely a tolerance problem.
      Next bottle of vape liquid you buy make sure it has less nicotine in it and build down from that.
      Nicotine is super addictive so yeah better to stop..

    The same can be achieved by breathing in. Then breathing out slowly, while gently patting the gap in your lips with your hand. Repeat this a number of times and you'll bring the mucus up.

    Thanks a lot for your awesome video. It is really very helpful!! Unfortunately, every time I try to use my device, it does not close properly and the ball keeps falling. It does not stay where it should be. When I blow, the ball falls off and the device opens. I don't know anymore what to do to be able to use this device. I am sure it should work; however, perhaps my device is defective? Please advise. Thanks kindly. God bless.

      We dont offer product advice but have you tried taping it closed? The device should not open though and may be faulty. I hope this helps.

      If you put it together you should give the cap a little twist to tighten it shut. If I forget to do this after cleaning it will do the same thing.

      From experience, I'd use the albuterol inhaler first to open and relax the airways and not trigger further bronchospasm.
