However I have unbalance hormones, went to a naturopath where I got herb mixes but did nothing for my skin. I don't want to go on accutane but I have tried everything! what was the best thing you have done to clear your skin? XX

Most people also don't get enough iodine either- it's antibacterial and is used by the whole body. If you take iodine (I take Lugol's liquid) you have to take selenium too... both work on the thyroid and selenium is a thyroid protector, so look into that maybe. Also try a liver detox to remove what your body doesn't need to store- the liver is the garbage disposal of the body.

Hey lovely, fellow Aussie here, just wondering how you chose you naturopath? I've been researching some but most seem very anti-medicine which sounds dodgy to me. I'm tired of having to go on higher dosages of the pill to 'fix' my hormones so I want to get some accurate hormone tests done and try fix this naturally. If you could give me any tips I would appreciate it!
Oats are actually naturally Gluten Free, you just need to get them from a source that does not also process Gluten. In Canada you can get Gluten Free Oats, I am sure you can find them easily where you are too. :)

yes I sometimes get stomaches / Nausea that can be caused by hunger but it can be hard to tell..... if it passes after not to long it was probably hunger if it doesn't then maybe its something else

I do eat a lot of vegetable and fruits.. and training hard, I lost 50 pounds in 7 months, still got another 15 to go.
