- So Gideon said he was going to drive home all by himself and I did not want him to do that, so I flew down two days before he got packed up. We stayed in a hotel. He finished his exams and we are out by 12:15pm
The trip actually wasn't too bad. I thought it was gonna be harder than it was but I was in charge of driving from about 2:00am to 5:30am and it was really really tough. I could barely stay awake but I want to get rest because he was up next, but once we got through that and a sun came out, it actually was a nice trip. He was a little crabby toward the end, but for the
most part successful.
I didn't even take a nap when we got home because I knew if I did I wouldn't sleep at night so I waited went to bed at 10 and I slept for about 12 hours woke up with a headache not feeling too good but I grabbed some coffee.
Had lunch my boys and I'm feeling great.

My dad was telling me before I moved from California to Texas that my cousin does the drive by herself. I told him okay, just me and my dog will make the drive he was like no. My friends and I dis a road trip and it was fun. I am a grown ass adult too but it is safety. That what most parents think about. Its okay for other kids but not their kids

I used to do that. I was about 7 months pregnant and had my feet on the dash as usual when a car pulled out in front of us. My husband avoided a collision thank the Lord. I haven't done this since. 😊

I love how your so proud off all your children. Like myself my children r a gift from god. Who I love dearly also I have two granddaughters. But I did won’t to tell you something how your son had his feet on the dash. Mine have done it 2. Till a fire fighter told me he has been to several rtas. Where another car has hit the wind shield and there feet get crushed also it push up and breaks the pelvic bone. I really hope you read this so u can tell your friends and keep all your beautiful family safer xx

Michigan is beautiful, I have family in the thumb( 2hrs from me). Fall and spring in Michigan looks the best to me. Our lakes😍! I drive sometimes to Orlando and back( we sleep over night in Tennessee for a break). My least favorite state to drive in is Kentucky👎🏼.

You should take the girls to Chicago ! I love Chicago . You could shopping ! Me and my daughters used to go the day after Thanksgiving be shopping day ! The food is amazing ! We would get a hotel up town we would just walk out of the door and all the store would be there and all the Christmas decorations are up in town and in store !

You should take a trip to downtown Chicago sometime. Would be worth it. I know you know, so many things to see and do. I would recommend spring or early summer. It gets too hot and humid from July on especially. Winter is pretty too around Christmas with all the lights in the city. Very festive. Open ice skating rinks with hot cocoa. Cool with the city lights and buildings around you while you're skating.
