Honoured to present Harinder Singh on the show today. He serves as the Senior Fellow, Research & Policy at the Sikh Research Institute (SikhRI). He is a widely respected educator, activist, author, and thinker. His current focus is on developing critical thinking for Sikh institutions via the State of the Panth report series and developing open-source decoding of Guru Granth Sahib in contemporary Panjabi and English for a global audience.
He has also authored Emperor-Prophet: Guru Gobind Singh Sahib, Guru Granth Sahib: Its Language & Grammar, and Sikhi: Faith & Followers. Harinder Singh holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering, MS in Engineering Management, MPhil in Guru Granth Sahib, and a Diploma in the Persian Language. He currently resides in the United States with his family.
In this episode, we cover the history of Sikhism and its basic principles. They also discuss the importance of meditation and the need to understand the native terms of Sikhi like Sicky and Saki.

I went to Lahore, Pakistan recently for business meetings. I’ve seen a lot of Sikhs run businesses, selling food and clothes down on the streets. It’s a wonderful feeling where you have Muslims and Sikhs living together. Also ranveer is right, the generation of Pakistan today is waking up to the BS that the army is trying to portray to its citizens.
Pakistan's love was so immense that we had to enact CAA to bring in their non muslim citizens. And then Pakistanis living in India started protest and riots..
Sad to see that after 75 yrs of bloodiest ever partition of any country people are still living in illusions. It is better that people like these should get a reality check after every 5 minutes.
Hindu population in Pak went from 25% in 1947 to less than 2% today and it continues to fall. The question should be about how Pakistan feels about Hindus, which are the Indian civilization. The school books in Pakistan teach extreme hatred towards Hindus. Abduction, rape and forced conversions are way of life for Hindus of Sindh, where the majority resides.

Not sure what this guy is smoking saying India is turning into a security state? Not a single coup [or even an attempt at a coup] in India since it's existence. It's funny how he says there's lakh's of Hindu's with so much pride. Pakistan was at least 10% Hindu when partition happened and there's only "lakh's" left out of 231 million people. In comparison, India has over 200 million muslims out of 1.4 billion people.

But religion overtakes culture because east Punjab is happy with west Bengal. But east Punjab and west Punjab are not together because of religion, and east Bengal and west Bengal are not together with each other.🤨😐😐😐😐😐
