Thanks for sharing this adventure with us guys. We’re trying to make longer Episodes and include a wider range of adventures. What do you want to see more of? 🤙
Everything lol! I love to see the unseen sights that someone like me in Virginia in the US would never get to see. The majestic scenery and landscapes are absolutely beautiful! I also love the underwater videos if you find a safe place away from the crocs! Y’all be safe and soak it in!
I'd like to see you both wear proper shoes when trekking in the Kimberley's. There's 23 venomous land snakes after the same fresh water you were seeking. Other than that, have fun 😃
Great episode. For the folks watching who don't know the climate in this region, the average temperature in November is over 39 degrees Celsius, or 103 F. That's the average daily maximum. It often gets down to 27 degrees at night, meaning the average temperature, for both day and night, is about 32 C. It never gets much hotter than 46 degrees C, or 114 F. In mid winter, in June, the daily average maximum temp drops to a chilly 31 C (88 F), and at night it can get as cold as 9 degrees C, or 48 F. The number of rainy days expected in the five months between May and September is somewhere between 2 and 3, in total, with August seeing an average of none at all. There are a total of around 66 rainy days in the region each year, nearly all occurring between December and March. It's a proper show, the weather in the Kimberly.
This is the way adventure videos should be made. Really, really good camera and drone footage, with actual discoveries for you and your viewers. And lastly, your background music is simply the best, as in all your videos. It always seems to match the mood. Truly an enjoyable viewing experience.
What an absolute epic example of the Gwion Gwion paintings that hold so much of the history of our Land. What a privilege to have walked amongst that whole area!
One of the best things Australia is blessed with is the remoteness that allows our treasures to be preserved. How lucky you feel when you locate these places. It’s like no one has been there since. Happy New Year guys. Wish you all the best and keep the travel’s coming.
The scenery you bring to us is absolutely amazing!! And how cool is that, to be there in person to witness the cave art that only a few modern people have had the honor to experience first hand! So cool!! Keep the adventures coming in addicted!! Well done!
So amazing.. that shot with the rocks, and water, and the green of the trees and bushes in the background, just looks like paradise.. Crocs still scare the hell out of me though!
I am allergic to all seafood and you guys are freakin great... thank you both for such a great trip ... like watching a vacation.... and the under water filming wow.. Fran you go girl........ you both have guts. And you are so cute as a couple...... Thank you. from America
Great episode, the rock art was just amazing. As I get older I feel a stronger connection with indigenous people and how they viewed the world and their connection with nature. I've found an arrowhead sitting on the ground and I am picking it up a thousand years later, seeing or touching something like that just has a profound effect on you, more than anything I have ever experienced in church.
I have the very same feeling as i get older. It is such a shame more local and indigenous history / culture was not taught in school when i was young, i gather this has improved greatly.
@@testicool013 I live in Bend Oregon USA. Our indigenous people are called Native Americans. I am deeply ashamed of the treatment my ancestors inflicted on these proud people and likewise in your country.
Nice old red brick buildings with the plumbing system still working. Fresh running water 24/7 all year long, clearly not from the rain or lack there of.
Hello , i jsut love your content , special place with special people but also special histories with all the painting on the wall , australia was the land of bushman all thoses painting talk about the passt .

This series is amazing mate. Any chance you’ll do a Q & A type video? Fuel used, distance covered, must haves for a trip like this etc. would be very interesting for the rest of us dreaming about doing something like this!
19/01/2122 THANK YOU for sharing something like 100,000 years of Australian history. We should be proud of the Indigenous peoples history as it is part of OUR Australian history and well as human history. Long time no see the NW of our beautiful country. Keep up the good work. Please be specific as to which part of the coast you are playing in. Cheers from NSW.
I hope you’re documenting and recording where you’re finding those Bradshaw paintings, as I’m sure some of those have never been seen or recorded before. You might have made some important discoveries on this trip.
Absolutely amazing paintings! They do indeed tell a tale starting in Africa I think. How? When? I will upload my personal pics and exploration soon. I don't think they are more than 6000 years old if we are to measure by what we know is a fact. The accounts of Noah and the 1500 years before him are documented. What I have fits in exactly with that and a civilization in Australia. Your theories about the baobabs are spot on. I agree.
Interesting how old those paintings are. I wonder how changed over time those caves are (erosion) and the scrub changes with fires over time. No apparent signs of scrub fires on the rocks. An interesting jigsaw puzzle indeed - What an adventure and education you guys are experiencing. stay safe.
Awesome awesome videos . What great adventure you guys living. I'm a super big fan of this chanel , just a quick observation in the minute 8:56 when you showing the painting's of the native people , Is that a face of a extraterrestrial life , right in the middle on the dark part , I'm just saying , I hope I'm not the only one who can see that.
Only recently discovered your channel. I think you guys and your content is unique and I think it’s refreshing to see something different from the more commonly known 4WD touring and exploring channels. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy watching 4WD vids but the way you guys do it from a boat and catch and cook is inspiring. No fancy meals cooked here unlike some other channels which somehow manage to make more extravagant meals using some exotic ingredients that I don’t even have in my pantry at home. The simplicity of your approach to these adventures is what’s so special. The hero of the vlog is the landscapes and the environment you explore. Thanks for filming and sharing it with us and allowing us all to get a glimpse of the beauty that is out there. I agree with how you described the beauty and spirit the indigenous people had when they occupied these areas for 10’s of thousands of years. It’s thought provoking and eye opening to realise how they lived harmoniously with the Earth for so long without doing any damage, the land and the animals on it were truly respected and treated the way it should be. Modern ‘civilisation’ and European Settlement on the other hand have shown no respect to our environment and have continually abused the planet for their own gain and profit. Modern man has been more focused on constantly trying to look for what they believe are better ways to live or build things. It’s unfortunate i think how the majority of people these days are mainly focused on outdoing one another, where someone’s self worth is based on accruing wealth and feeling the need to constantly buy ‘stuff’ in order to make them happy and content. Makes me wonder which culture truly is civilised. I’m starting to think the indigenous population were the civilised ones who lived basic, simple lives and only took out of the Earth what they needed. Food, shelter and water were the only requirements needed and it was sustainable. In the last 150yrs man has manage to virtually destroy the planet as we knew it. Wiping out animals, destroying the atmosphere and polluting the land and ocean. I hope it is not too late to reverse the damage and learn from our past mistakes before it’s not too late. Kinda says it all when the wealthiest man in history, Elon Musk, has a plan and is using his wealth to colonise another planet. Either he knows something we don’t and realises we have stuffed this planet up or he just wants to own more stuff, and what could be better than to own and colonise your very own planet. Especially an untouched one who’s minerals have not yet been discovered and mined. Wouldn’t make sense to use your wealth to try and make some changes to this planet and try to repair some of the damage we have done in the last 150 years. The human race it seems is doing it’s best impersonation of a virus just spreading and taking over and killing it’s host. Wow that quickly turned into a rant didn’t it… Anyways, keep up the good work and keep recording and sharing these magical untouched places with us so that in the future when it’s all destroyed we generations to come can look back and marvel at what our planet used to look like 😷
I wish i whas there my dream land😍😍 Thankyou Strick & Fran!! For the Beautifull Videos!!Adventures! Much Respect! And Be safe Greetings from KevinPascal
Hi guys. I just watched this episode, and where you crawl to see the bradshaw paintings look a lot like it's a painting of a giraffe. And as far as my knowledge goes, giraffes only existed in africa
I love Fran wearing that ripped up shirt and Jack wearing his burnt hat. No affection. Just pure love of the moment. Wish I could teleport to where you are!! I'd never leave.
Being Australian, I’ve spent my life watching where I place my feet. I live next to a national park and I’m hyper aware of all the things that bite. I am impressed by your confidence and intrepid approach to our environment. I think I’m only up to watching you do it so thanks for that …. Stay safe.
