Enjoyed this and your quick review, Mr Woodworker. Do you mind telling me what the width of the bike is when folded? On amazon it says 8 inches, but that seems impossible (is half what other pint-sized e-bikes are). Thanks!

Maybe 10" in practical terms. It's pretty compact with the handlebars folded down.
