I did hardcore too, played for like 16 hours straight when it was released at midnight. That game is damn good.

I started my journey in Hardcore, I have a habit of starting a brand new game in the hardest difficulty so I struggle, and my dad taught me that struggling means that you're learning. I perfected the perrying system to the point where I'm actually full on health items and ammo that I just end up selling them to repair the knife

One cool thing about this remake is how much they stayed true to the original. You can still shoot the lake and get eaten when you get to that part of the game. Which I did gladly.

Just beat the game last night. I do miss some sections they cut out, though I'll admit most people don't like those sections anyways and I'm just weird. Overall though looks like re4 is the best re again
