what i appreciate is that he thoroughly backs up and demonstrates on comparable terms both the things he believes in field of self defense, hunting and target shooting, and the alternative schools of thought- far better explained than someone just saying 'that's nonsense' or 'see the thing you want to do is...'

The pain (mental & physical), the fear of 'what about my child?', 'Is there anything after this?', and 'Did I do anything worth a damn with my life?'. Friend of mine bought an upper receiver for his M16 that feeds from top mounted drums in capacities up to 500 rounds. Once it was broken in, it would dump 500 rounds of Federal ammo nonstop. Didn’t work for crap with another well known American brand.

I’ve been one of Paul’s fans for over 15 years and I hate that his time on earth is getting short. I’m at that age where a lot of the people I’ve looked up to in my life are either getting ready for or have moved on to their next stage and even though it sucks, these folks are going on to something better. I wish Paul and his family all the best and I’m praying for them

I've been fortunate enought to meet Paul Harrell, the man you see in the videos is the man you meet in person.
Through working, I've had the pleasure to be there when he has aquired new firearms for his channel.
Always loved when he would visit the shop when I was assisting, getting to ask a few questions, hear his thoughts, or maybe introduce an idea for a future video...
It is still hard to process, Paul's battle and know how little time is left.😢
Right there with ya. Seen him at gun shows in Polk County Oregon and Chehalis Washington. Still has a 'setting in' kinda feel to it. Especially while watching his Thanksgiving special with the realization that would likely be the last time we see him do his outdoor cooking special.
I have been watching Paul for 4 years now, and I've learned a lot from him. Thanks for raising awareness for him, Brandon.
Having gotten to meet Paul Harrell and talk with him and his crew for a solid 45 minutes or so, Paul is the most genuine man I have ever met. There is no pretense, he's just a regular guy, very approachable and very friendly. It was also cool to see and handle all of the guns from the show. He is a great man, and Roy has big shoes to fill.
The note about the "do not disturb" sign on the door of your hotel in Vegas is 100% accurate. I was in Vegas last year for a conference and left the sign on my door to keep house keeping out, Sure enough 72 hours later I had a set of cops at my door doing a welfare check.
The signs don't mean anything. I guess they're still paranoid.

Paul Harrell will ALWAYS be the best guntuber that's ever existed. He might be a little too dry or too boring for most people but his knowledge and just general way of looking at things and understanding things is extremely rare.
He not only taught me about guns but he taught me how to think objectively and own my mistakes. He genuinely changed the entire way I think about EVERYTHING because of his "How To Spot a Fake Expert" video.
Paul has taught me many things, and I'll miss him, hoping , and prating he'll be able to come back strong

For the PSA MP7: Add contour grooves under the lightning cuts, parkerize the brace rails, and add a pistol grip that doesn't look like a hi-point, and it's golden.

The second I saw the Barrett drum mag the first thought was using it with the AK-50, a friend asked, " would that make it an RPK-50?"
What really brought a big smile to my face, is being reminded that Ohio Ordnance, with their new .338 Norma LMG, also made the HCAR, the M240 and the M2 .50. Really love that big caliber cookin'.
It seems so weird of them to chamber it in .338 Norma and not lapua magnum which is so much more common and well known!.338 Norma seems totally a wildcat in comparison!

I have been a Paul Harrell's subscriber longer than yours , it's from his channel that I got to know all the other gun channels. Judging only by the content and knowledge he spreads in his videos, I always wandered why he doesn't have more subscribers - but - I always found everything I needed in his videos! I'm sad since i heard about his cancer, I have no idea about his real cancer state but i still hope for the best - we will always have his videos!
