I wasn't expecting to see him there talking to their crew members and because I was at the front, I decided to wave at him. He happened to notice me, waved back, and then got a wave from the rest of the crowd as well! I don't know why I wanted to share this, just a memory that makes me smile each time. Anyway, I really appreciate these reactions and all the little facts you share with us :)
I just love how the song builds and builds, and sneaks up on you. Before you know it, you are banging your head at literally double the tempo. So good!
I love that they tied visual aspects from Wolves of the Calla to this performance - the horses in the background are the grey horses that the “wolves” ride when they come into town, and I think the sudden pyro reflects the gunfight/battle that happens after that ride, just like in the book. I love Stephen King and Nightwish!

Hi, Tank. @Phayntom (my husband) and I love your reaction videos. This isn't something that I believe most people who go to shows (or follow bands, for that matter) give a though to at all. I love your Tank Facts! You are entertaining and informative to watch. Thank you so very much! I’m glad I can take the opportunity in my videos to explain a little bit more than just the average stuff. It’s fun to share the knowledge I’ve gained over the years with everyone, because at one point, I didn’t know about any of this either!

i think in the end when Tuomas is headbanging, the crew has put some big big nails in the keyboard stand, and hammered the stand in the stage dont you think so Tank ??
Yeah. That stuff is getting seriously bolted down meanwhile, also are the stands much heavier and sturdier than during their early years. You can see the difference to the first third of their career. He was much more considerate about how he moved or how hard he hammered the keys back then. (Except for those "4 or 5 times" where he accidentally slammed his head into the keys or gotten his hair stuck......) For the past 10 years he's definitely gone full out. lol
i think its time for the greatest show on earth live at Tampere! its my favorite song by nightwish its based around the birth of the universe and leads to the death of human kind. it really makes you appreciate the world we live in and how beautiful it is as well reminds you how lucky we truly are. Loved the video tank as usual you killed it great work cant wait for the next one!
Fantastic analysis! In the future you might react to "Yours An Empty Hope" from the 2015 Wenbley Arena concert; It is a song that taking into account the Slayer vinyl that you have stuck on the wall behind you, I am convinced that, especially the guttural chorus, you are going to appreciate it. Greetings from Argentina-
Guess how much I smiled in my mind when you said at the beginning that "this sounds huge." Just wait until the end ... My absolute favorite Nightwish video and song.
Ok so... while we are on the Wembley show.. Check out "Shudder before the beautiful" The set opener (very underrated I feel), and also the song that comes after that "Yours is an empty hope" (With more Floor goodness you haven't seen yet), you'll understand why when you hear it ;) Keep up the good work, and looking forward to next wednesday!
This Wembley show and the 2015 Tampere show are both in the Vehicle of Spirit DVD set. Wembley is disc 1, Tampere is disc 2. Disc 3 is a collection of single song recordings from different places. And yeah the band's live sound quality is absolutely fantastic.
Great reaction Tank, really. I KNEW this one would blow your mind, because it goes crazy after a quite "average" start... But the pyros, Floor windmilling like forever, the increasing rythm... It leads to an amazing ending. It is actually my brothers fav Nightwish song, and there is a reason for that.
I really enjoy you telling about being a roadie the details we in the audience doesn’t know anything about. A cool effect Nightwish had on a tour many’s years ago was a water curtain and they had light effects on the wall/curtain of water. I’ve only seen it once,I guess it’s a ton of work dragging water hoses every night....I’ve seen Nightwish live 9 times and they have always had amazing effects in their production. When it comes to pyro, just wait til you’ll see The greatest show on earth live Tampere. As always great reaction. Stay safe n well👍🇸🇪
Even if this isn't my favorite song (I love it just not my favorite), this is my favorite performance. When the sound and the visuals all sync up as they do in several parts of this it gives me chills and makes me smile. Love this performance and your reaction!
I predict your reaction to The Greatest Show on Earth (Tampere) to be 60+ minutes long^^ Not only is this a 20 mins beast of a song, there's also SO MUCH going on production-wise. Can't wait! 🤘
Thank you on behalf of roadies from everywhere for mentioning the very hard job of assembling stages and everything. Been there myself just carrying stuff, putting it in place and following orders of light and sound techs. Did it for about 5 years in the 80:s Time of my life!
Kudos to you, and people like you. All the behind the scenes guys. What is a job to you, makes one person have the memory of one night that will last them a lifetime. A memory that they hold onto long after the event. Something they will remember for years. You do that. And... that's what life is about. Life is about memories. Those one offs that you look back on and think "yeah, that was a good day." You make that happen. You should be proud. You give people snapshots in their lives that sustain them for years.

Tank I'm a fan love your reactions. I agree with everyone the greatest show on earth will blow your mind with emotions, fun fact the back track has buck piece.. research a must. Tampere I agree there's a video where nightwish have a special guest speak after the song
I'm constantly blown away by, well, everything. But shout out to both Marco and Empuu for their super clean tone. Even just doing simple riffs and what amounts to background stuff they just sound amazing. The bass is more forward than most bands mix it and I like that, I feel like a lot of times the bass gets lost even when they're doing something cool. And Empuu doesn't do a lot of the super fast flashy runs and stuff like that, but what he does is just perfect and fits whatever is happening in the song at that time like a glove. Some of that is Tuomas' composing of course, but Empuu plays his part perfectly.
Man this show in particular is so awesome, i REALLY RECOMEND the beggining of this, with Shudder before the beautifull and yours is an empty hope, ...., in the order that they made... soooo good, really great way to start a show on high energy....
The best bands deserve the best crews... :-) And you, Tank, have certainly increased my appreciation of all that stuff that's going on behind the stage.... before, during and after the show! As the next song from this show, I'd suggest Yours Is An Empty Hope or Shudder Before The Beautiful.

i think in the end when Tuomas is headbanging, the crew has put some big big nails in the keyboard stand, and hammered the stand in the stage dont you think so Tank ??
First time I saw this, I honestly thought the keyboard stand ain’t gonna make it.
Yeah. That stuff is getting seriously bolted down meanwhile, also are the stands much heavier and sturdier than during their early years. You can see the difference to the first third of their career. He was much more considerate about how he moved or how hard he hammered the keys back then. (Except for those "4 or 5 times" where he accidentally slammed his head into the keys or gotten his hair stuck......) For the past 10 years he's definitely gone full out. lol
@@Ilionej You are a great and loyal fan to observe that! Defiantly a great sign of their longevity as performers!
i think its time for the greatest show on earth live at Tampere! its my favorite song by nightwish its based around the birth of the universe and leads to the death of human kind. it really makes you appreciate the world we live in and how beautiful it is as well reminds you how lucky we truly are.
Greetings from Argentina-
7:40
Right at that point you can start to see lights sink into frame at the top, as the trusses (?) start moving/angling down.
Fuuuuuck! This band can do ANYTHING and it Is always AMAZING! Keep rockin’ it out! 🤘🏻❤️
The greatest show on earth is in my opinion the Nightwish masterpiece. Be sure to react to the Tampere version, it's pure awesomeness
Yours is an empty hope live Wembley. Awesome. Pay attention to the harmoniens....great reaction again. Greetings from Denmark...
The trusses went down after your famous word "horses". Probably for the difference in lighting during/after that.
Guess how much I smiled in my mind when you said at the beginning that "this sounds huge." Just wait until the end ... My absolute favorite Nightwish video and song.
It was shot for the Vehicle of Spirit Live dvd and album. I have the album on iTunes.
It's so cool to have your reaction and opinion with your tech Background.
You should check out the Nightwish show The End of an Era (again). My favourite full concert DVD.
GD it that voice of hers is something special....chills every time.
Ok so... while we are on the Wembley show..
YES!! I love this song. I'm pumped to watch you react to it.
At the 5:05 mark in the video, can we talk about Marko playing those off-timed hits while also singing? Amazing.
Oh, hell yes! Been waiting for this one. Haven’t even watched it yet, but here’s the ‘like’ - “Let’s Go!”
Your reaction to the Greatest Show on Earth is going to be a treat. I look forward to all of the behind the scenes commentary.
When you get a chance check out Bye Bye Beautiful. First song I ever heard from Nightwish and been a huge ever since.
I liked the end because i got a good look at the stratocaster..... love that one ..nice and thanx for the reation
Love all your insights! It's amazing how much goes on into putting on a show like this!
Thank you for doing one of my favorites! Love watching you headbang with Floor. Hard to keep up with her!
9:16 one of the best transitions ever. And appropriately reacted to! Thanks!
I made it through them all again tonight lol.
Like others have said, Weak Fantasy or Yours is an empty Hope. Both favorites of mine.
Glorious. I was asking my self already, when always playing the same EV-1 when does he do his frets done? Now I know, do I?
Underrated song. Underrated album.
I-I can't handle how amazing Floor looks in this.. Blessed we are!
Can't wait! 🤘
What amazes me is that Tuomas can head bang and never miss a note :) . I really enjoy your "Tank Facts:, they rock!!!
Thank you on behalf of roadies from everywhere for mentioning the very hard job of assembling stages and everything. Been there myself just carrying stuff, putting it in place and following orders of light and sound techs. Did it for about 5 years in the 80:s Time of my life!
💪💪💪
Thanks Tank! Now every time the "galloping" part starts, I hear "horses"........
Hahahahaha
Kudos to you, and people like you. All the behind the scenes guys. What is a job to you, makes one person have the memory of one night that will last them a lifetime. A memory that they hold onto long after the event. Something they will remember for years. You do that. And... that's what life is about. Life is about memories. Those one offs that you look back on and think "yeah, that was a good day." You make that happen. You should be proud. You give people snapshots in their lives that sustain them for years.
Thank you very much for such a nice comment. 🙌
You have definitely deliverd with your Nightwish reactions! 30 videos!!
I got here a bit late but at least i dont have to wait for any
Alot of reactors start Nightwish reactions get the Nightwish army to sub then go all quiet!
You have definitely delivered!!
Always looking forward to your Nightwish live performance reactions. Most people don't think about the work that goes into making a show look and sound the way it does and you give us the info about that. So thank you for that!
Omg, the second I saw you reacted to this I got so excited to see your reaction to the fireworks!!! I KNEW you'd love them!!!!! Ps, your fun fact pop-ups are awesome and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the time you must spend doing the research and editing these. I'm a big fan 😁
Shudder before the beautiful, also at Wembley, is the starter of the show. Has some sick pyro shots and midway a sort of synth - guitar battle.
Dude!!! You're only the second reactor I've seen really react to Floor's power move (what a BEAST) at about 14:00. The whole performance has SO much going on that I guess it's easy to miss. The fact that you caught it, well, *cool* !!!
Tank I'm a fan love your reactions. I agree with everyone the greatest show on earth will blow your mind with emotions, fun fact the back track has buck piece.. research a must. Tampere I agree there's a video where nightwish have a special guest speak after the song
Probably one of the greatest reviews I’ve seen. It’s not a wonder that you work with Chase as both of you have tremendous attention to detail 👍💪
Thank you so much!
Just found your channel😊🤘 as a huge Nightwish fan and Finnish really enjoy your reactions🤘🤘
Thanks a ton!
Actually love Tank facts! I've learned so much. Such a good song choice. Great reaction!!
For fun, you should go and watch the rest of the stuff you've already seen done at Wembley. It's an awesome show!
everybody, band and crew, are on top of their game. great reaction video. thank you tank. greetings from germany.
For more bazuki, check out Dead Boy's Poem from the 2018 Buenos Aires concert.
I LOVE the fact you have Wintersun in the background!!!
One of my favourite songs. I love it. Thx for the reaction.
14:01 Epic reaction! I was the same haha Great job! Love your vids. (kick ass background info and insight also).
We would't mind watching two Nightwish reactions a week.
All in favor thumps up.
Another great Wembley song is Yours is a empty hope.
Never really thought about the background for pyros! awesome!
Man this show in particular is so awesome, i REALLY RECOMEND the beggining of this, with Shudder before the beautifull and yours is an empty hope, ...., in the order that they made... soooo good, really great way to start a show on high energy....
The best bands deserve the best crews... :-)
And you, Tank, have certainly increased my appreciation of all that stuff that's going on behind the stage.... before, during and after the show!
As the next song from this show, I'd suggest Yours Is An Empty Hope or Shudder Before The Beautiful.
Nightwish Only three US cities in 2021 Lowell, MA 10-7-2021. Tickets on sale now. I am going to keep posting this info until the venue sells out. This band should be huge in the states. They deserve all the plugs they can get!
