      I would check the angle, I've experienced small angles have difficulties. Closer to a 90 degree angle seems to work best for the positions of the lines. In some cases objects or tight corners can also cause issues too. Should you have those problem I had to impervise by moving nodes or rebuilding the courses. Also in some cases you may need to reinstall auto drive or you might have a mod conflict. For mod conflicts I generally un check all mods except autodrive, create the curve or course save game reload with mods enabled. If this does help next step would be to reach out tocthe autodrive discord community as you can provide more details or a picture to the community.     Hi again. I have another issue with Autodrive, and you really seem to have a great handle on it. I am working on the map Dondiago, which so far has been my favorite map for the past few FS releases. Anyway, I have installed a premade AD system for it, and it mostly works just fine, but there are two places where my vehicle that is unloading at the silo within the compound gates, just stops for no apparent reason. Once is right as it enters the north automatic gate, and then again just before it exits through the south automatic gate. In both cases it resumes it's course after I have manually advanced it a dozen or so rout nodes. I thought it might be something to do with the course as the creator made it, so I deleted all of the nodes within the main compound, and re-recorded them. The trucks and tractors stop at the same places. Any idea of what might be going on, or how I might diagnose the actual issue?

      Hey @samsmith9994, I haven't played on a map that has automatic gates. My guess is that AutoDrive might be detecting it as a collision. There is a collision detection in the AutoDrive settings. When you go into the settings click on the world icon then look for collision detection and set that to No. I am not sure if this will fix your problem but give it a try. Another thought I have is you could adjust the Pathfinder factor. That is in the same spot in the world icon maybe increase it to see if that helps. by default I think its set to x0.5 I generally increase it to x2 or higher.
      Not sure if these suggestions will fix it but they are my best guess for tracking the issue.
      My next step would be to contact the Auto Drive route creator to see if they have any thoughts. My guess is if they put the route through they must have gotten it to work.

    I couldn't do it, from what I understand when I watched it at slow speed, I think it's because I didn't select points A and B with AD.
    My question is,
    1a) Is it possible to back up to the edge of the field with Arcusin and continue collecting bales?
    1b) Is it possible to take the emptied bales to the unloading points with trucks that have AL feature?
    1c) Which buildings have automatic storage feature?
    2) Is it possible to remove Foragewogons from the field in the same way?

      I did my best to answer your questions. I reposted your questions then started my answer by indicating the following:
      ---- My ANSWER-----
      1a) Is it possible to back up to the edge of the field with Arcusin and continue collecting bales?

      CP will work within the field boundary only. The person that created Course Play set it to detect only bales in the field boundry. It will randomize and choose the best course to pick up the bales. This is randomized by the mod. From discussions I don't think the Modder will change this feature.
      1b) Is it possible to take the emptied bales to the unloading points with trucks that have AL feature?
      ---- My ANSWER-----
      Yes, I believe there are some AUTOLOAD capable mods. From my personal testing it was next to impossible to find one that would work smoothly. I gave up and opted to stay with the base game bale loader trailors as I wasn't happy with the results from testing various AL trailers. You can try yourself if you wish but it just wasn't worth my time after seeing the results of my testing.
      1c) Which buildings have automatic storage feature?
      ---- My ANSWER-----
      Giants provided the pallet storage mod. You can use that. There are other modders that create storages too, you can try them if you wish but I decided to stick with Giants version as it is created by the game developer.
      2) Is it possible to remove Foragewogons from the field in the same way?
      ---- My ANSWER-----
      Forage wagons can leave the field. Make sure that you copy the course from your windrower/combine, so that that pickup wagon uses the same course to pickup the material. Then set your AD point A to point B and hit the CP button in the Auto drive hud before starting the course.
      TR: I couldn't succeed, as far as I could tell when I watched it at slow speed, I think it was because I didn't select points A and B with AD.

      1a) Is it possible to unload and continue collecting bales by reversing somewhere at the edge of the field with Arcusin?

      I've tested this, it will fall the course but AD can't detect a previously unload bale load. It will drive into the bales from a previous unload. So no this will not effectively work unless your backing into Bale Storage to store the bales.
      1b) Is it possible to take the unloaded bales to the unloading points with trucks with AL feature?
      ---- My ANSWER-----
      As mentioned before up above AL mods I've found to be un reliable and problematic. Different trailers will work randomly, some features will work while others will not. I felt it not worth my time as there is no consistencies. My guess each mod is not fallowing a standard of coding which is understandable as each modder codes differently.
      1c) Which buildings have automatic storage features?
      ---- My ANSWER-----
      I would use the Giants bale storage mod. There are some storages provide by Dajnet that will work too, you'd need to contact Dajnet on how to get the individual mods of his.
      2) Is it possible to remove Foragewogons from the field in the same way?
      ---- My ANSWER-----
      Forage wagons yes will work with Courseplay. Just make sure the CP course is copied from the windrower/Combine, then set your A to B point in AD . Then turn on the CP button in AD before starting the course.

    Have you tried using a trailer that uses the universal autoload instead of how these trailers are ?

      To answer your question the answer is no. Its good you mentioned it, I might do a test stream with that in mind. If you have a particular trailer mod in mind to try let me know.

      @@pleasantviewfarms2084 thank you, I will add it to consideration. I plan to do a testing Stream to see if it is possible to do Automate bale loading to other trailers. I'll add that one to the list to try out. Intrigued to see if it is possible to use other trailers other than base game ones.

    There's nothing wrong with leaving the record button on while connecting points, right?

      You can leave it on yes. Just be aware that if you move the vehicle forward it will create points behind the tractor. I mention that incase you might get extra points you never intended to create. I hope that answers your question and good luck with your course creation.

    I don't have the Courseplay button on my AD menu. Has AD been updated since this video was posted?

      If you are using the version of auto drive in the video you should be fine. The last update to AD was on Mar 12 of this year. Here's a link to the Github to get the recent release: github.com/Stephan-S/FS22_AutoDrive
