Why you are not adding Dairy Milk In any of your recipes,You are only recommending Vegan Milk But Dairy milk Also is Needed for the body which Contain Calcium,Protein, phosphorus etc...
There are various sources for the vitamins and minerals you have mentioned. A large no of people have issues digesting milk and gluten so she provides alternatives. Also the milk these days is adulterated or is obtained from cows/buffalos who have been given hormones for extra production. If you have no issues just go ahead and use it.
U know almond milk contains soooo much more calcium and other essential vitamins than whole milk... And yes whole milk is very good for the body but Nisa ji's channel is mostly centred around vegan recipes 🙂

Jaggery powder is a very healthy sweetner widely used in India .... Yes blueberries can be added as well
