Your artwork is awesome. I’m new to gouache and watercolor. I had been watching videos on quality characteristics of gouache. This video has helped me to decide on purchasing the gouache and watercolor from My artscape. Thank you for an informative video and showing your artwork process.

Nice painting, all though can't really enjoy watching the process since it's being fast forwarded. The process of absorbing the image for the eyes to the brain while it is fast forwarding gives the impression of being in haste, while also listening to a voice (nice calm and smooth) in normal speed and background in normal speed has a conflicting effect when the brain is receiving the information.
Sometimes watching others paint, an individual can learn better how others paint "by example" but usually in a fast forwarded video a lot of information is lost and the process of observation is hurtful since the techniques of seeing others do art cannot be processed properly. It's akin to watching Bob Ross videos where those who watch his videos more than two decades ago, are today doing videos themselves where they also are showing their skill. The main overall difference between Bob Ross videos and today's painters, in my observation and analysis, is that Bob Ross has a team who assess and edit his videos where those who edit his videos are already professional in their field. Where also for those who paint today and put out videos, they are left to their own editing skills and their own knowledge and experience in such. And this is where the main difference is and it is glaring since although they are experts in their field, they are novices in video editing and like me where I am watching by example to develop my own skills in painting, cannot really do so "by example" since those that I see of painters showing their skills in youtube videos also probably watches videos of others, where these others are not professional in editing youtube videos and have not had proper feedback on viewing their art in editing, so their are vast numbers of videos of very interesting artist showing others their skills, hobbies, what they like, in order to be noticed. Which is grand and beautiful, but then for those who wish to imitate and find encouragement from such folks, it's very difficult since the video editing quality is very poor, and in the area of beginner level. This is because the videos are fast forwarded. No knowledge or understanding is gained by it. It's like watching a teacher explain how a differential equation works and how a student can apply it to solve problems but it doesn't make sense if the video itself is in fast forward plus the math of differential equation is already daunting enough and hard to do, so if an individual cannot understand it already and the process of learning it is also difficult since the video is in fast forward, then one does not gain any wisdom or knowledge.
It's the same also for reading a book or watching a netflix video. We can't really enjoy the book or the movie if it is in fast forward. This is usually because our brains isn't equipped to take in information in such a fast manner. For those who just want to see some one paint for what it is, I guess it's fine. But for those who wishes to learn and understand, so they can reflect on what others do to their own skills and interests, it gets difficult to learn. So in a way those of us who do want to learn someone doing "their quadratic equation math", they would also want to watch others in a manner where they can see the whole picture without hurting the eyes and have also brain fatigue from trying hard to process the information.
This is just my assessment of what I see on screen, and although it's harsh and negative, I hope it would be taken in proper context where one's video editing skills would take into consideration viewership and from folks who admire a piece of work, want to accomplish the same thing for themselves, but find it hard at the same time since the process of accumulating data for the brain to process is lost due to the video being in fast forward. So take this as feedback for you to gain understanding and knowledge so you can create professional quality videos akin to the Bob Ross videos of prior years, so that in the same amount of time, you also would have a following of a generation wanting to follow your style of not just painting but skill of video editing, if this negative comment is taken as just feedback where one can process it in a right and proper manner where one can learn to do better their video content. A lot of viewers would like to learn, especially now where we are locked down due to a worldwide crisis, so watching and viewing others paint has a calming effect, if only the video itself is in a format that is also calming and non-stress free.
