Dip paint out of the tube using a brush or palette knife and you'll never waste paint.

As a new miniature painter the depth of detail in the testing during your video was eye opening. I hadn't realised the obvious problems like clumping and mixing traits when buying my colours. Right now I'm DMing a 'dog's in the Vinyard' campaign and it has me in a cowboy wild west kind of mood so I have a cowboy & gunslinger set from reaper arriving in the mail soon. Skin and faces are a real joy to paint for me, even if I'm still inexperienced, the life it breaths into the mode and the pride I get showing them off to my friends is why I love miniature painting. Creating an emotion and character that feels alive. Your videos are very descriptive and helpful so keep up the good work!

Great review. Really interesting. I'm 70 next year and have just started painting miniatures. I have a gaming mad family and we own lots of games so I decided to start painting them. It's great fun very relaxing but not as simple as it looks. I'm looking at lots of You Tube videos and learning every day. I aspire to be able to paint to the standard of the figure at the end of this video. It would be great if you did a video explaing the tecqniques used in this model. The work is awesome. Thanks for posting this video. Mike

I'm 44 and started painting at 40. I guess I don't feel so bad not starting miniature painting as a child like so many professional miniature painters.

Awesome workshop!!! I started painting miniatures a few months ago im addicted to this wonderful hobby. At the moment in currently painting D&D minis for my groups characters I would love to get my hands on some nice skin tone paints especially for some of my female characters in our party I have a half elf scorcher that I plan on painting next. Great video!

I love these paints. My tip for saving paint is to use the paint in the cap. That way, you dont have to take if from the tube.

Wow, I'm really impressed by the level of detail offered by these paints. The facial features in particular were remarkable. I would love to use these to give my GW Sisters of Battle models the detailed features that they deserve. I've always struggled to find the right skin tone colors to get the faces to appear exactly like I want them to, and I think this range would really give me the necessary tones to make them stand out!

Thanks for the review, searching for the bust on your facebook page I have just found this website that sells seriously nice miniatures www.figone.fr/en/skoh-75mm/ I prefer a very slight shine to the finish, would it be possible to mix a small amount of a semi gloss medium into the paint to add the gloss? Would this dilute the pigment by doing so? +1 subscriber

You suggest these paints are one of the best, which would you consider to be the best for miniature painting? Either for both airbrush and brush or separately if they happen to be best for painting but not so good for airbrush for example. Is the only downside to these paints the tube form? I would think you could get rid of this issue by decanting them into dropper bottles though you possibly wouldn't be able to transfer any label to the bottles as they look like they would be a printed into the foil tubing?

wtf are you saying at 3:43 'that the paints don't adhere too what"??? even the closed caption CC was going stupid because it couldn't understand what you were saying.
