I see that Mavis was not allowed to take you into that particular area with her @ :25 😆Was it SugarKitty that said "Obey your overlord" at the live stream? lol :) I imagine needing to hit that 1792 quite a bit to try and forget about the probing station. Finally love this from Phil @ 8:56 "When you see something fun, go do it, have some fun with it." Solid advice...well, providing it is not going to land you in jail....otherwise just stick to wrecking tacos 😊 Cheers!
The wind and dust have been a problem everywhere down here. We've tried to continue to record everything outside, but it's been brutal with mic configurations, rerecords, and edits. We'll be happy to finally get out of the wind in a few weeks.
A visit to White Sands NP is worthwhile. I like how the sand is cool to the touch no matter how hot & sunny the day. We have a photo of Michelle standing next to the giant pistachio somewhere. We bypassed Roswell as I didn't want to risk getting probed.
Fun video! I bet your cat was dreaming of using that huge white sand kitty litter box:) I can just imagine the size of the pistachio tree that one fell from.
We visited NM a couple years ago and had a blast. Such a beautiful state, and the food was off the chart! Santa Fe and Albuquerque were excellent. Had fun visiting all the small shops on the turquoise trail. If you get a chance, take the tram up the Sandia Peak mountain which was a blast, and the views were remarkable! I am not a Barton or 1792 fan, but would like to try a single barrel if I get the opportunity. Fun Video!
Mavis loves to sniff every single bite of people food we eat, but she never ever eats any of it. We spend a lot of time showing her our food. She's so curious!
I have a picture of my mom sitting on a big white dune as the sun goes down and the sky turns 5 different shades of red and orange. Great place. We went there right after Carlsbad Caverns. That is a not to be missed kind of place.
Ya'll missed a couple of great sightseeing, hiking and camping opportunities in Rockhound State Park, in the Florida Mountains and City of Rocks State Park, both near Deming. 1792 never disappoints
I love almost all the 1792 products except maybe the Wheat or Rye even the budget Bartons 100 or 90 are great for the price my favorite is the Full Proof which me and a friend both agreed we liked it better than the 12 year .
I've never heard of White Sands National Park, pretty cool. Oregon got quite a bit of 1792 FP bottles($52) that I'm thinking of trying, I've only had the small batch which is ok at $33 but I like Elijah Craig small batch better(was $30 now $34). Oregon prices have gone up again on a LOT of bottles including a bunch of my budget bottles. 😢
1792 SiB $40! Man oh man. The only 1792 I find in my area is small batch.....and then only occasionally at that. Looking forward to the next find! Cheers. PS My dad was in the Army with the 1st Guided Missile Brigade stationed at White Sands wayyyyyy back in the day.
We were shocked to see that SiB. The crazy thing is we've seen it two more times in our travels since we recorded this video. New Mexico seems to be the place to find it.
Thanks for going above and beyond to film outside in the windy conditions. It’s very much appreciated!
As insane as the wind is, it's still beautiful and worth it. We really can't complain!
Julie!! I love pistachio ice cream!! 🤤
New Mexico is on my wish list so hopefully sometime soon!
This was the best pistachio ice cream I’ve ever had!
Pistachio ice cream for breakie sounds like a wonderful idea! 11:35 had me 🤣🤞
Ice cream is quickly becoming the meal of choice for any time of day on this trip.
Love the Mavis photo bomb at 8:05…😂🐾😊. Great video-cheers!🥃
She's such a diva. Never happy unless she's the star!
Oh the Colkegan is delish!!! That's a big sandbox for Mavis!!!
We've loved all the Colkegan we've tried. That is very good whiskey.

Have fun. Wreck tacos. I'll start working on the t-shirt right now.
Spring in Lubbock means dust storms as New Mexico blows by. A lot of TX folks who ski go to Ruidoso. Beautiful area.

Haha i agree on the UFO museum.. although I love sci-fi so much that I read all the paragraphs 😂
Stationed at Holloman AFB many years ago. The full moon night visits to the park were amazing.

That's a fair reason to skip Roswell, honestly.

LOL that would be a big tree!
I see the 1792 single barrel on the shelf here some glad you found one

We won’t make it that far north on this trip, but everybody keeps telling us to go to Santa Fe, so it’s high on the list.
Ice cream for breakfast! 😀 I hope Mavis got to have a taste if it.

Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands are a fantastic combo. Totally different and both are absolutely worth visiting.

You guys should have stopped at Win, Place and Show in Ruidoso; yall were right there and their selection is amazing. Plus the town is beautiful
Should’ve gone up to the VLA too. So many amazing things are here in NM if you love the outdoors
I live in Alamogordo, wish I knew y'all were coming through
WHISKEY CHEERS 😎

Comment for the alien algorithm 👽 #thetruthisoutthere
I see you’re also a fan of the probing station.
