I can testify. A few years ago I had a sebaceous cyst on the back of my head. Proportionally, it was a bit smaller then hers, but every bit as uncomfortable. The initial lance was a huge relief. It took at least 20 minutes to drain and, yes, it smelled terrible. The doctor kept checking that I was okay but I just said "Keep going, it feels fine." Two days later, you would never know anything happened.

Cows live in a setting rife with bacteria. From the UA-cam videos I’ve watched he followed the same procedure a vet would.
And, of course, any farmer pays attention to the cost of things on their farm. It’s a cost/benefit ratio, just like all of do throughout our lifetimes.
Farmers have a vested interest in their cattle, their land and practices that are profitable in the best sense of the word.

@@maddmavic When you say that something smells like death it means is pretty really really bad. The smell of an actual rotting dead body is nothing that I have words for. It's the worst putrid smell you can imagine. I've been pondering for 10 mins and I just have no words. But it's a smell you'll never forget. Most people that deal with death will put a small dab of Vicks under their nose to cut the smell a bit. As for liquids in an abscess there are 3 types or a combination of 2 or more. There's serous fluid, that is like what is inside blisters and has no smell. Then there's sanguineous fluid which is blood and has a slight smell but not a bad smell. Then there's purulent and that is pus. Pus has a strong smell buy also depends on a few factors. Pus is made up of a few things but mostly white cells that were sent to the area to fight the bacteria The bacteria that is present does smell and it's not a nice smell. It can be quite putrid. It can make some sick to their stomach and others not. Hope this helps

    • @Jonathan.D

Love to see that the cow suddenly realizes "Oh, wait a minute. He's fixing my problem." And it's interesting that the sound from 5:16 to about 5:26 is like when you squeeze an empty ketchup bottle trying to get the last of it out. And yeah, it's definitely something I want to watch, I'm one of those pimple popper fans. Pimple, abscess, in-grown toenail, you name it and I'll watch it. I find it fascinating.

Nothing like an abscess to make your day. I would have been in trouble if I forgot the 5 gallon yuck catching bucket. 😂

I don't have a weak stomach but then again I'm not smelling it ha ha. She was such a good girl for you, I'm sure she felt so much better. I'm going to watch other ones until you get a new one up and running. Thank you and God Bless 🙏

Thank you for subscribing. There is a chance that we will not upload a video this week. We are away on a fishing trip and perhaps we will upload a video if we get some fishing content for viewers. May Gods glorious love flood over you through Jesus Christ.
