@@TheAdventuresofTNT I think half of that was a Dave solo. He NEVER uses a wha (pedal) or tremolo (whammy bar - idiotic name for that, btw), all that magic comes straight from his finger tips. If you look at live vids his axe always has a standard bridge. I'm the same way. You do hear a point where it sounds like a different guitar, so they prawley switch off which is very common, but his hired guns ALWAYS use wha & trem. Regardless though, Marty is a guitar god, just like everyone who's ever played in megadeth. I think kiko is the only one who outdoes Marty, personally.
Youre one of my favorite reactors because you're authentic. And you habe such a friendly way. A lot of black reactors over(re)act and I have the impression that they just do it to jump on a UA-cam trend. But you really seem to enjoy that stuff. So I enjoy it too. Keep rocking and greez from Germany.
That's so awesome that Tasha liked Lucretia. I was waiting for her reaction to Megadeth. I would definitely recommend Trust, Angry Again, Die Dead Enough, and Use the Man for her.
You gotta have her listen to Trust next, girls love the lyrics and mellow vibe of that one, then once shes warmed up to the sound and style of the band show her songs like Take No Prisoners and Dread And The Fugitive Mind.
Megadeth absolutely has Jazz influence. Gar Samuelson and Chris Poland were Jazz musicians. If you wanna see some of that stuff, check out OHM. It's Chris Poland and Nick Menza working together doing some wicked Jazz Fushion metal.
Plead react to “A Secret Place” from Cryptic Writings album. Also “I’ll be there” from Risk. Or “promises” from The World Needs A Hero. You’ll get to hear a different side of Dave and Megadeth
I watched your entire Adventure through Megadeth. You are an official fan bro. Awesome. I'm absolutely impressed that your girl likes them. Nothing against her, not at all. Megadeth can be an acquired taste. Usually people don't like his voice the first time LOL. She mentioned it, but she didn't dislike it. It was cool to watch her groove
Megadeth is truly n awesome band and I'm extremely happy that I can now share this experience with my wife. I know she's not gonna like everything but I think there will be a select few tracks that she will appreciate.
Have you listened to the song Toute de la monde? It is off of Youthanasia. Some could see it as a sellout song, I absolutely do not. The chorus is in French. Very cool song, but mild, something she may like I love it
Nice brother. Way to push the music forward. Lucretia makes me wanna go on a mission. What kind of mission you ask? Dont know dont care. A mission to fucking send it.
I loved your journey, cant wait to see hers. And yes, Dave is heavily influenced by jazz. In fact both Samuelson and Menza were accomplished jazz drummers prior to Megadeth

You guys are awesome. Love the reaction to one of my all time favorite bands. Please check out the song "Tornado of Souls" from the live performance in San Diego called "Blood in the Water". You won't be disappointed.
And theres still no Skull Beneath the Skin yet either! Let me explain why I rate the song so highly - now I know Holy Wars is the Be all, End all (hello Anthrax) of 'Deth to some but for me the intro to Skull is actually better. Mainly down to it being a more of an all out thrash intro as well as it being on their debut album while Holy Wars is helped by Dave having honed his craft over a few years. Also the drumming of the late, great Gar Samuelson is out of this world in places too.
Tasha with the stank face! Diggin' the reaction... Such an awesome tune... No traitors here... No one said you had to like one or the other, ya know! (But Megadeth IS better... J/K) Peace!!! Cheers!!!

Megadeth - The Emperor. You won't be disappointed. You'll also literally be the first person to react to it 😎
"Lucretia? That's sounds like my cuzzin." Hahaha.
Jazz is dead on. They used to call early Megadeth a Jazz Fusion metal band.
It was fitting to have both Megadeth and Metallica T-shirts for this as they go hand in hand. Who wants to choose?
