Cranking it up to 150W is only going to put stress on the final amp and be barely noticeable on the receiving end. As far as AM goes, putting out 60W carrier is equivalent to 240W PEP. You are going to burn up the amplifier and probably sound like shit doing it.

There should be Zero ALC, we should be using AF limiting and a scope, not ALC. We are not a bunch of children.
