    Got into using kettlebells seriously a month back as someone who primarily did bodyweight and dumbells and this has come at a perfect time. Just consistently doing kettlebell routines feels like it has greatly helped my mobility, core strength and explosiveness. I already really enjoyed your mobility routines and flow work. Looking forward to more kettbell integration from you. Thanks for the videos!

    Dude, I fell in love with your Primal Movement sessions. Then I went to the gym because of my membership, and without any motivation. Did a set of pull-ups and decided "fuck it, lets do something more fun".

    ♥️♥️Thank you for such a great workout. I’ve been doing your mobility workouts and love them, but also trying to work in some strength training. This was perfect 👍 Any tips on how to get better at the pistol squats?

      A couple helpful progression drills...
      1. Rolling into the bottom pistol squat position and holding for 5-10 seconds. (sets of 3-5 reps)
      2. Add a heel lift when working the full ROM. Controlled eccentric and pause at the bottom. (sets of 3-7 reps)
      3. Use partial ROM to help build the strength - start at chair level and gradually work your way down. (sets of 8-12 reps)

      I used 16kg bell for this one to keep it at an active recovery intensity 🤙🏽

      Draw your shoulder into socket and engage the latissimus to create the necessary stability to move the weight powerfully and safely.
