But at the last minute Tigger comes racing in and throws himself over the typewriter and saves Marcia! Well, that what happened to Tiger. The Humane Society sued Swartz and Swartz was forced to watch an endless loop of Gilligan’s Island strapped to a dentist chair. True story.🙏🏿
They ramped up Jan's whole self image problem here; it was no longer merely unwanted freckles, buying a black wig, or having to invent a boyfriend ... and it became a recurring thing in seasons to come. Even in the final season she was insecure and doing the wrong thing (making so many campaign promises while running for office in school and then casually saying to a sibling that she'd never actually _fulfill_ them). "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!" became a massive cult quote during the 80s and 90s--- before the word meme was a part of our everyday vocabulary --- I think it was the most known Brady Bunch expression, beating Bobby's iconic "Mom always said Don't play ball in the house" and Peter's famous Humphrey Bogart line "Pawk chaps ... and appa soz".
