There's always some form of easter egg in their music videos. In this one, the song only have two verses instead of the usual three. The bass is doubled, double set of keyboard, double drum set etc etc etc.
This song definitely blew me away like most of their songs. They are such a breath of fresh air. I like that they went outside of the traditional songwriting here. Just amazing!
Great reaction, feel free to do more - this is what "mainstream" could or should be instead of the same same churned out daily w autotuning and songs instantly forgotten, or song that have no melody, just a "vibe" This is music
I loved seeing you discover Run Away ☺️✌️and agree with all you’re saying about Dirty Loops -they’re an incredible band! Oh and your face at 3:03 🤣😂😅 Always fun and not taking themselves too seriously but man, do they take their craft seriously… Henrik Linder, to me, is a bit of a bass god, always coming up with new playing techniques and ideas. Also: blink and you’ve missed his splits at the end of his second solo 😉 This track has an epic anthem feel, almost Polyphia-style, and such a mega wall of sound 😱 Watch the Rick Beato interview with them, where they explain some of the making of this. Oh and your face at 3:03 🤣 …”quench that thirst that I have for cheesy music…” well said :) Yeah, Stevie Wonder features large in Jonah’s style of singing and writing. You surely would’ve also seen his Korg video about how to harmonize a song? Enlightening viewing. I’ve subbed! ✌️🤘✌️ More Dirty Loops, please 🙏
Right on man! I need to check out that Rick Beato interview for sure. I think I’ve seen all the dirty loop videos so far so I will need to wait till their next new song. They really did change the way I looked and listened to music. Just amazing. One of my favorite parts is watching how they obviously enjoy playing together. Thanks for the sub!!
@@TommyGravenOfficial yes, agree 💯 and thanks for replying 👍 There’s another video with Jonah, on the pianote channel, where he reharmonizes a Harry Styles song he’d never heard before -also quite interesting if you haven’t watched it yet.
Loved your reaction - this one is so much fun! Aron actually writes a lot of Henrik's solo lines - Henrik commented in a recent interview that he gets the notation from Aron with no idea HOW to do it, and when he suggests modifying the line to make it playable, Aron says no. So Henrik has to invent a technique or tactic to actually play the notes... it's my guess that there's a joke about that in Aron's initials on the bloody hand Henrik is holding in the beginning... Dirty Loops and Snarky Puppy for me, I LOVE their inventiveness and just plain skills! (Liked/subscribed! More please!)
That’s so interesting! I had no idea about Aron writing like that. Probably one of the reasons Henrik’s playing is so inventive. I need to do a Snarky reaction. Love this guys too! Thanks for the sub!
Tommy, 6:45 into your video. You missed it! Go check it out, you won't regret it! It comes twice, with a few seconds inbetween. Don't try it at home! Liked your reaction, and your sentiments about Dirty Loops and the band members. They really seems to be very nice persons! We would indeed like more Dirty Loops reactions, if there are songs you haven't heard yet. Maybe even if you have heard them!
Aron: Let's do an 80's rock song Jonah: But that would require a screamin' electric guitar solo and we've never had a guitar player Henrik: Hold my beer

Would call it too chorus' instead of verses.
Good news for all Dirty Loops fans - new video from Dirty Loops is coming up on October 4th - counting the days!
Yes I saw that! I’m so pumped on it!!
They are such great artists and so humble along with being fun. This video kills.

I was going to like this video but it was already at 69 likes. Can't get any better than that.

Well now I need to go and look at what you mean. Thanks so much for watching my friend!
I was going to write the same thing!
@@TommyGravenOfficialyou need to read all the credits. Lots of Easter eggs there.
David Bowie is among those songwriters who break all the rules. We would need a music police. Anarchy has been allowed to prevail for too long
Yes! I love how David does that with songwriting!

So why don't you look at the video?
The video is just a bonus for me. I’m more interested in the music first. A good video is always good though! This one is incredible
