Eram beautiful explanation on relationships. Couples do go through all these stages and yes i went through the same. Alhumdullilah and MashAllah that we are in the 5th stage now, where me and my husband have realized our own flaws and the flaws in one another and yet stick together to each other with love and respect. Work out things everyday and make each other happy. Indeed relationship takes alot of hardwork.

Superb!! Eram. Great!! Points. Trying to understand who is your target audience, with your delivery in two languages some segments of society might not get the full benefit. Unless I am missing out and everyone started understanding English in Pakistan, which I doubt it. Take care!!
A very well explained talk...
My question is if only one person is trying to save the marriage, by trying to solve the conflicts with mutual understanding, by learning different tools to save the relationship, but there is no efficient input from the partner side. In this case how much chances of the survival of that marriage?
Nobody can give you a % chance... But it's much better that one partner is trying compared to no one is trying

If you don’t want to leave, then all you can do is ignore, like it’s not happening at all. Put in more effort in your relationship, put a fear in his mind. My wife is so good to me, what if she get to know my activities and change or leave me.
I am no expert but just a male version of advice based on face you want to stay together
