The improvements you've made in your triceps and shoulder's over the last year has been outright unbelievable!!! People should be very afraid of what's coming to the Olympia stage in 5 months. You're one of the few wildcard bodybuilders that could truly win the whole thing and upset everybody if the conditioning is on point. I hope that is the case and thank you for setting a good example for the younger guys who want to get in the sport. This man's work ethic is second to none!

I appreciate your outlook on training and I share the same sentiment: give 100%, whatever that looks like for that day. Just be consistent getting the session in. I'm off to do my own leg day, so thanks again for the effort, intensity, and honesty.

Whatever James is doing been doing for his bycepts he needs to keep doing they look alot bigger and alot more round and peaks are better.... If he brings up his side and rear delts alil more he will be bang on ..... Can't wait to see him on the Mr.o stage and the Arnold classic uk Gunna be a great comp line ups are stacked
