What an amazing movie and depiction of Batman the investigator. Paul Dano steals the show as usual!!
Paul was great but I think Pattinson steals the show here...first Batman movie that absolutely love because of Batman! He nailed it!
This movie is an absolute masterpiece.
Best Batman movie made. Story line, character development & minimal cgi. Rob Pattinson is really good in this movie.
Riddler is basically what Batman would have become if he didn't have his privileges.
To me, this movie is a great counterpoint to Batman Begins. Whereas Nolan and Bale took a deep dive into Bruce Wayne as this concept of Batman was only beginning to solidify, Reeves and Pattinson took their deep dive into the Batman while the apparition of Bruce Wayne sort of haunted his every step.
The only scene where I really could say and admit that Paul Dano is copying the comics and games based Riddler's character is when he said, "No, no, no, nooo! No!". The rest of it is purely Reeve's style's Riddler. But still, it is an awesome performance he did
how is that copying, those are just his character traits
mf that's just a line. screaming no over and over again isnt some special original concept
AWESOME FILM.
It feel so weird hearing Robert Pattinson's british accent
i think there are many to some r rated scene, and i have heard that there was almost 4 hour cut. please, i love this theatrical version of the movie but i want to see a r rated full extendent version of the movie. do this to all its sequels, release pg13 i will see it and release a r rated extended version after 6-8 months.
5:59 I knew it
I wish they re-edited the movie to be R rated. A lof of blood was missing in this movie. That'd elevate it even further. It's a masterpiece, no doubt about it.
I hope Paul Dano come back as the riddler again in the batman 4 and team up together with hush ameen🤲😁😁😁😁
Question: what is the big "gun" from Batman's gear? We've already seen the holster in the trailers and some people speculated it's the grapnel. But that's on his arms, so what's the big thing?
It’s a sticky bomb launcher. Strange thing for him to carry around permanently I’d say, but there we are!
He never used the gun with the bombs in the film. They always make props that never get mentioned with these movies
Sticky bomb launcher, never shown in film but the Hot Toys figure comes with it some how
Well,to be honest from not only a moral and man's law(judicial system)standpoint, what edward is doing is PURE FRONTIER JUSTICE! He is taking it upon himself to seek justice and in a sense, selfishness because of his trails from a internal perspective. Edward is just as bad as those who he inflicts pain upon. Wayne is a "sociopath",especially once you dive into the history of the character. Take away murder and add frontier justice...theres not to much difference between him and the BTK killer. Both indulged in personal and disturbing pleasures while living a double life!
I mean he wanted and did flood the whole city which definally killed innocent people lol.
Batman is a psychopath. However, he does what we all wish we could do. Everyone would wish they can beat down a murderer, but it doesn't change a thing. Many psychopaths have an engraved rule. A common one is to not kill children. So when a murderer who kills only adults sees a murderer who kills children, they think they're morally better than them. Because they haven't crossed the line. Batman is the same way. He thinks he's different to murderers because he doesn't kill
@@snakevenom4954 but the iconic character is living a "double life!" I mentioned that he is "similar" to a "sociopath",which is different from a psychopath because of the identity in which they portray. A psychopath is straight forward, like frank castle aka the punisher. Even the BTK killer did not plan on killing children, his first kill did not involve that, it was just the spur of the moment. One of the BTK victims, which he chose to leave behind was a "child". The reason I made the comparison is because both have a "code",a plan to execute while hiding in plain sight. Most of those who suffer by the hands of batman are left cripple etc almost like attempted murder if batman stood in a court room. I was just speaking from a "moral" standpoint and how the character of course can be compared to a antihero but hes really a villian, from a legal standpoint as well as moral.
It’s almost like riddler is based off of rorschach
