This model GTW755CSMWS and probably the 685 model as well have two problems that need fixing ASAP. This probably applies to the washplate versions as well.
1.) The Delicates cycle is way too gentle. It would be better as a Handwash cycle than Delicates. The agitation should be slightly more aggressive.
2.) The Sanitize with Oxi cycle doesn’t work well with larger loads. The sensing portion should be improved on that cycle.

I love how they have the audacity to claim that the cabinet of the washer is to be expected to shake. Old Frigidaire Unimatics went to 1140RPM and the cabinet wouldn’t shake despite not even having out of balance sensors and redistribution cycles. GE is just excusing their cheap suspension.

Years ago, we had a Bendix washing machine and it had to be bolted to the floor to prevent it from shaking around the basement. That was normal. SO WHAT if there is some vibration you moron. What kind of MAN would complain about this? You're obviously from the younger generation of wusses who cry cry cry about everything. The US Government should have NEVER done away with the draft. If you were in the service for three years, preferably during a war, you wouldn't be crying like a little girl about your washing machine vibrating. You shouldn't even be doing laundry, but I guess you're the type who doesn't go for women.

Hello, Carol. We'd be happy to look into this for you if you can provide the model number of your washer. Typically, it can depend on the size of the blanket. Something as large as a queen comforter should certainly be washed by itself, by small blankets for infants may need to be cleaned with a few other items for the washer to work best. Thanks! - JB

Our GE TOP LOAD with AGITATOR has a whining sound when it is at the end of the wash cycle during agitating and will also
have a whining sound at the beginning of the spin cycle. It almost sounds like a dragging on the drum. You can simulate the sound
by moving the basket back and forth in the back when lid us open. What us causing this?

The model you provided is not equipped with a fabric softener dispenser. If you'd like to use fabric softener, you can manually add it during the rinse cycle, however, you will need to make sure you use the Deep Rinse when doing so. You can also use a fabric softener ball to dispense the product during the cycle.

I didnt know that you basically have a 25 point checklist to do before you can start this thing up. Dont load too much, dont load too little. Dont load wrong, dont have too little water but not too much either. While your there babysitting the washer for the next 74 minutes you might as well nring the fridge and stove in so you can make dinner because you cant walk away from it. Jesus, all i wanted to do was a load of laundry!
