- Welcome to my step by step starting strategy for Leagues 4. This strategy was planned around efficiency and also avoiding bottleneck tasks that can easily throw off you entire plan.

For your guide you could tell people if they have harvest they can use bank fillers to not have to bank to get the resources and waste time
Leagues are coming out at 6 am for me and I won't get on until 6 pm. That's how I'll avoid the bottlenecks 😆

alittle note on the egg "bottle neck", the chicken area heading to varrock you can spam click the cabinet on the wall for eggs. no fighting over any spawn that way

how long would it take to get blowpipe kit
I've already planned my route, but I find it interesting how the same starting tasks gets everyone to do it in a different order.
My route is essentially Lummy -> North of Lummy -> South of Lummy -> Zanaris -> Draynor ->Draynor Manor -> Barb Outpost -> Varrock -> East of Varrock -> South of Varrock -> Lummy -> Karamja.
That's about 70 tasks, 830 points, with only 6 or so kills for level 5 defense.
There are definitely different path's to efficiency. Think it dramatically changes with your starter relic choice, certain skills and tasks become higher priority
You can always put in bank fillers to keep stuff from going into your bank, however it’s just to much of a problem for that.
embrace the chaos, first steps should be sheer 20 sheep for sheep sheerer and win the egg drop party to become the cook's favorite assistant.

Don't need to fight for eggs, just search the coops for egg.

Here are some things to consider- based off of every league I've played and reading up on changes. This post took longer to type than I'd like to admit, but give it a read and see what you think!
- Kourend was single handedly one of the most overpowered slayer area's in the game. It features abyssal demons, Features metal dragons so you can get RCB/visage, has multiple bosses and a plethora of skilling areas- Most people are sleeping on it but I think its a fair assumption to say kourend is a fantastic choice.
- Morytania provides barrows armor, hallowed sepulchre, cave horrors for black mask/slayer helm, Vyres, and TOB. Barrows armor is extremely important for getting to late game, but with relics Offensive bonuses take precedence over defense, including prayer bonuses- so barrows armor might not be the best choice in most scenarios if youre deciding between morytania and another area unlock. I Highly doubt most of the leagues community will be doing TOB, but thats an assumption based off the fact most people in the normal game dont do TOB because they dont have a clan and dont understand the mechanics.
- Asgarnia provides the ability to get defender, god armor, and chromium ingots for upgrading the fremmenik rings, but thats means you have to choose frem for your third option- its not terrible, but you'd be stuck doing one type of raid and mostly zeah content. It depends on if you care to get KC for godwars to grind out the godarmor and weapons(not a bad idea if you plan on raiding, but can also easily be skipped with the fact that accuracy is going to be nearly 90% and there may be a fast hitting relic as well- im unsure as of right now).
- Desert - This place used to be just a desert, with almost nothing to offer but dead content. Recently its seen a lot of rework like tempoross and the addition of the dragon pick to KQ's drop table, plus TOA. Tons of unique drops here and ways to get your account built up, but it seems relatively low for a pick option unless we get 4 choices rather than 3 like we did in leagues 2.
Fremmenik unlocks facemask, rings, dragon axe, Duke Sucellus with his drops, and the Venator bow. Vorky is also here. Frem is a pretty good choice, but I feel like its fairly limited in its content- sure there are monkfish, but every ironman knows karambwans > monkfish. Facemask is really good for its strength bonus, but fairly useless if you plan on doing a ton of slayer. I have a feeling most monsters are going to be dying fairly quickly in the mid-late game regardless.
Kandarin unlocks smoke and mist battlestaves, angler outfit, kraken for tentacle and trident, has smoke devils for occult necklace, Ballista if you fancy that, and warped sceptre from warped creatures. Its a pretty solid area to unlock, for all of its many features but to each their own- ive just found myself thieving here and wanting to rock the ardy cloak- that and its pretty much the fastest tp to prayer for most ironmen(aside from ferox enclave). Choices, choices, choices....
Tyrannwin- Unlocks Loot snek, The Gauntlet, Divine potions, Zalcano, and all the cool stuff those areas unlock. If you are planning to be mostly a ranger- tyrannwin is your place to go. From the crystal bow to blowpipe to the bowfa, youd be dealin some serious damage- but thats if you want to find yourself here.
This leaves the wilderness. Idk if people pk on leagues, Ive personally never chose wilderness but honestly it isnt a bad option. Wilderness slayer is huge for any ironman, most of the mobs drop a ton of supplies, herbs, and seeds so thatll set you up pretty nicely, eternal glory if you wanted that- pretty sure thatll be a task again.
Ill probably choose Kourend, Asgarnia, and Morytania, but we have more reveals to be shown so time will tell!
Interesting you suggest Tyrannwin and dissed on desert because you won't be able to use the blowpipe very well without darts. Can't make darts without desert.
@@brettmatlock8864you can fletch darts without desert you just cannot smith the heads. Find somewhere that drops lots of dirt tips.
Usually the devteam has work arounds for tiny miniscule requirements like needing a specific quest or miniquest completion for certain tasks. They have an entire list of FAQ's that theyve answered, im almost positive desert isnt a pick option specifically for dart crafting@@brettmatlock8864

2:55 am i something special with leagues? How is every guide claiming to avoid competition, then immediately says "pickpocket man" that people can also attack.....in the area where every single person on the world will be spawning with the same task?
A non-factor, respawn time and time to kill make this not a problem to complete.
Everyone can pickpocket the man at the same time 😅
