I went to the same music school Marco went . I was so into blues that managed to get the same teacher he had . His name is Lello Panico , he made me descover Marco Cinelli . He always talked about him like his best student, the first time he saw him play , Marco was a teen maybe , and Lello said to me he just wanted to put him in his pocket and take him home to play guitar with . Great talent , great songs , the cinelli bros rule
For those like me who saw him perform when he was just 16 or younger, it is a great pleasure to see him become so popular. Marco and his brother Alessandro really deserve it.
First saw Marco and his band the Cinellis Brothers at Colham Live Music Club in West Sussex around 4 - 5 years ago - a great band that keeps the old Chitlin Circuit vibe of performative blues alive - great live music !
Great tones and vocals - soulful and tasty! Great playing, Cap. I once played one of those Airline Tuxedos years ago in Nashville. They are fully hollow and very inspiring to play! After years of playing with a pick, I have recently been experimenting with fingerstyle. Great work on James Brown. I've been studying "Ain't it Funky Now" using the exact thumb/index technique Marco described on the guitar line in that song. Very cool interview.
@Lee Anderton, considering your musical taste, your Frank Zappa selection could be: Over-Nite Sensation + Apostrophe (rock blues) If you survive, you may go with: Hot Rats + Waka/Jawaka + The Grand Wazoo (compositions) One Size Fits All + Sheik Yerbouti (songs) Also, your rhythm skill may improve just by listening.
Ya supposedly Beethoven lost his hearing as he got older & his last symphony's we all written from his head. One specific story said that he had to be turned around to the audience at the end of the performance, because he could not hear the applause. Ture story? Maybe...
Capt. said "So, what it's like being the best blues actor?" - LOL- I agree capt, he doesn't look very sad to me either- I think he's pretending to have the blues. Doing a pretty good job of it though, apparently.

Marco's my guitar teacher - he's a great guy, really enthusiastic and supportive
I've been lucky enough to see the Cinelli Brothers twice, they are an absolutely amazing band. Go and see them, you won't be disappointed
Holy crap what a voice.
Great playing too,and the guitar is stunning.
These live performance vids are freaking awesome.
What a jam! Let's go cap'n!
I’ve been watching this channel for 10 years. This is my favourite intro jam now lol 🎸
It’s just not fair when a killer guitarist starts singing with a voice like that too. Great interview, love the Cinelli backing tracks
A brilliant musician from an absolutely fantastic live band. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Marco, cool man!
The Captain admitting he's awful as soloing has made me feel so much better. As for Marco and the Cinelli Brothers...truely outstanding.
They are truly fantastic live
Such great musician this band is amazing thanks for your interviews and allow every body to discover such great artists !
Never heard this band before, but just downloaded couple albums. The solo from "I Ain't Blue But I Sigh" is amazing!

Best band out there today.
These guys The Cinelli Brothers are amazing live. Interesting to hear him talk about it all. Incredibly modest- 'I'm not the best guitarist'
Very nice. Thanks.
On yee go the Capitano 🙌🙌🙌
Lello sono anni che a lezione mi dice che devo venire a sentirvi quando sono a Londra!😂
Your Best vid yet.
Lee sounding like a pro 😎
Amazing band, all multi instrumentalists. Go see. Amazing Rory Gallagher solo on guitar …… by the bass player😃
Nice jam and interview. The Cinelli Brothers are great live (even if Marco's brother slightly overdoes the drum solos!).
Never heard of him. Good player.
