Fun fact. In the Halo novels, this is exactly what happened to the poor Marine who they voluntold to test prototype MJOLNIR armor. Pretty much turned the dude into a pretzel. That's why Spartans have to be heavily augmented to wear the armor.

Reminds of how in the lore of Halo the first MJOLNIR-prototype was tested by a Marine who- because of the extreme speed and force of the powered armor- snapped his own back when he tried to turn his torso.
