Yeah!! Ur covering Peoria. We enjoyed during our visit. Had lunch @spouts 4 corners Great shopping. Seldom go 2 mall anymore but there is a Nordstrom rack across the street! Thanks much 4 more store updates. Looks like no need 2 go 2 desertridge or scottsdale. Love that new Frys going in! Looking forward 2 more 2 come!🌴😀
I remember when the 101 ended on i think it was Olive avenue or somewhere around there. It would just merge into the street lol I was in elementary school, so this was like back in 1997
Oh my... that's 2 entirely different conversations. 1) I'd love to hear why you think Surprise is nice!!! 2) Teravalis is barely just beginning (like Vistancia was 20+ years ago). People don't realize how long it takes to build communities like this. Until then, it will just be housing in the middle of nowhere.
@@LivinginPhoenixArizona no tervalis is commercial too but like you said it’s 30 years long that increases economic vitality in the west valley Suprise is a different story but there are several new developments and more coming
@@RossVesci Teravalis will be homes only for many years. No business will open if there is no one nearby to spend money, let alone work there. It's a LONG process to build these communities. But you gotta start somewhere.
Ahhhh thank you for that compliment! I take my 'job' seriously; I love data, research and economics. Very much appreciate you taking the time to comment here. THANK YOU!
Love living in No Po! Please people stay away from Peoria as we have enough congestion haha. Bought a new build in 2014 and home has more than doubled in our community.
What we saw during 2020-2022 most likely will not be happening again but anyone that owned anywhere saw a significant jump in values during this time. Homeownership is the way to go!
