I got problems with ordering from Flagship. Ordered another pomade together with Prelude, as a gift for my friend earlier this year. Only a few months back did I realised that it only shipped with one jar of prelude without the submersible. And of course I was pissed as I didn't know till chatting with my friend about the gift. Contacted him, he said give him the address he will resend it, a month has passed, nothing. Partly my fault for not checking, but I trusted him. Never again.

Yep I am disappointed. he even had the cheek to tell me to send my address and he will take care of it, way back in November. I messaged him again 2 weeks ago without replies. I expected better customer service but oh well, once we have the customers shifting to another company, he will start being nice again.

Hey,
I bought this product and there was a layer of wax on the top and around the sides with the clay in the middle. I'm not sure if it was an error but it made me thoroughly dislike the product.

This stuff was brutal for me. It was not the consistency on this video. I got a hard stiff clay. Impossible to emulsify and pulled out my hairs.

SuperReviewpro might be the atom lt from arcteryx. Amazing jacket dude super lightweight but it keeps me warm even down to like 20-30 degrees

I just bought this clay and the smell just ruined it completely for me the essential oils is basically tea tree oil and i cant stand that smell

Hard to explain very pungent smell! After working into my hair tho i get a hint of sweet limons that i do like overall great product for my hair type!

The fragrance is lavender and cypress essential oils. No tea tree at all.
