The hardest part was the grip and my forearms got really tight, but everything else felt fine biceps back etc.. also u can alternate using more back or more arms in between reps and rest muscle groups that way.. honestly if I did more grip training I feel like I could go almost indefinitely using this method
John Joh sorry I've never posted vids.. but try it out urself.. this method of doing pull ups are surprisingly efficient.. again granted u have the grip endurance which I dont
This is literally madness. This guy deserves 10 million views for this extraordinary feat of strength. Unbelievable. Kali Muscle this is how you do it.
π day and this guy doesn’t have as much muscles as kali muscles, thus he shouldn’t be able to generate the strength to do more pull-ups? Muscle mass is proportionate to your weight. Means there’s no excuse in he’s heavier this he can’t do as many reps or shite -unless that’s dead fat weight-.
Kenji, I suspect that he had quite a few more in him. He just got bored. At some point, you just say, “Ok, that’s enough.” How bout Vince Gironda? Remember him? As I recall, he did things like this.
Has to be one of the most incredible feats of pure strength on UA-cam. Very impressed with your form and endurance. Reps were clean and pace consistent. Definitely just set a new bar for me.
hanging for 10 minutes without a rest is impressive by itself and doing 105 pull ups is just ibcredible, and his pull ups are real ones, clean form. This is what pull ups look like. Respect
What many may forget: it's not just about strength, your body has to find a way to keep pumping blood up into your arms against gravity simply to keep the muscles functional. Very impressive.
No idea this was even possible? Impeccable form. Grip strength way beyond the 100 second challenge that was a thing in the last year. Respect. Motivated to truly start doing pull ups-not for world record, but just overall grip strength. 🙏
@@maximalexis9872 the way he’s doing these pull ups. He had to train for a while as its a lot of endurance. He’s trained to recover between reps in 3-5 seconds. Like ill put it this way. @@wolrenn yeah but in the video where the guy did that, he used 1 hand at a time. Maybe the other commenters are referring to a world record where that strategy was not utilized.
The max I ever did was 33 and I was in so pain for some days. This is pure dedication. I am a Calisthenics guy and use weights for pull-ups. This is impossible for 99.99% of population in earth and its even impressive to hangs for this time, let alone doing pullups in perfect form. If it wasn't resting the pull muscles he wouldn't be doing it
I'm curious how many he could do without the pauses in between. I just tried this and I can do 40 in a row, and 60 doing this method. But I felt like if I trained pull ups in this style for a couple weeks I can prolly do a lot more and 100 doesn't seem that hard.
The hardest part was the grip and my forearms got really tight, but everything else felt fine biceps back etc.. also u can alternate using more back or more arms in between reps and rest muscle groups that way.. honestly if I did more grip training I feel like I could go almost indefinitely using this method
bsgnine Holy hell did that seriously increase your reps 50%? If you don't mind could you show a vid?
John Joh sorry I've never posted vids.. but try it out urself.. this method of doing pull ups are surprisingly efficient.. again granted u have the grip endurance which I dont
I could do 20+ when I was 20, but 105 - it´s absolutely bananas! Tough is right word. Much respect.
This is literally madness. This guy deserves 10 million views for this extraordinary feat of strength. Unbelievable. Kali Muscle this is how you do it.
Alan Ross Martinez Rodriguez
Are you Arj Barker?
Alan Ross Martinez Rodriguez kali has atleast 40kg bw on this guy lol
Kali is filled with roids and is much heavier than this guy, of course he can't do 100+ pull ups
π day and this guy doesn’t have as much muscles as kali muscles, thus he shouldn’t be able to generate the strength to do more pull-ups? Muscle mass is proportionate to your weight. Means there’s no excuse in he’s heavier this he can’t do as many reps or shite -unless that’s dead fat weight-.
@@SESK98 he cant even do 1 right xddd

i love it how at the end he just keeps on climbing the thing i bet he did even more workout after haha - just incredible!!
Kenji, I suspect that he had quite a few more in him. He just got bored. At some point, you just say, “Ok, that’s enough.”

Has to be one of the most incredible feats of pure strength on UA-cam. Very impressed with your form and endurance. Reps were clean and pace consistent. Definitely just set a new bar for me.
Let us know how you do in 10 yrs.
why you have to be negative ?
Question is. What the hell was he going to do after he finished. He started climbing back up at the end !!

Fat facts

obviously the russians were the first on the moon, so they could train all their athletes there.
And ur not in school in school kiddo
What many may forget: it's not just about strength, your body has to find a way to keep pumping blood up into your arms against gravity simply to keep the muscles functional.
Very impressive.
Are you telling me he has Superman veins
Good point, I hadn't even thought of that.
aaaand how the body finds that way?
like your heart? lol
And its 10 minutes
I can't imagine how much strength and endurance it is needed to do that

No idea this was even possible? Impeccable form. Grip strength way beyond the 100 second challenge that was a thing in the last year. Respect. Motivated to truly start doing pull ups-not for world record, but just overall grip strength. 🙏
This guy could get rich just by jumping from one 100 sec pull up challenge for 50$ to another lol.
I just tried to see what I could do today after watching the 100 second challenge video.
I held for 31 seconds. It’s a start. I weigh 230lbs
This doesn't count as the 100 sec challenge because the bar doesn't spin
@@samscrib8719 but the guy in the video could probably beat that easily he literally held on the bar for 10 mins while doing pull-ups continuously

@@maximalexis9872 bro Superman 💀
Stop 🤥 . He did 105 in 10 min with no rest you bitch
@@maximalexis9872 the way he’s doing these pull ups. He had to train for a while as its a lot of endurance. He’s trained to recover between reps in 3-5 seconds. Like ill put it this way. His weighted pull up max is probably similar to many who can do 40 pull ups in a row meaning his endurance is the main factor to this. Probably took so long to train to this point though. To actually get endurance that good on pull ups is pretty nuts
@@lmdoinraysmom I trained for roughly 6 months while on deployment, I got to be able to do 40 pull-ups without letting go of the bar, and no pauses. 105 is incredible especially with the 3-5 second pauses.
How is this even possible..... This is crazily, outrageously impressive. I have nothing but respect for this man.
he is doing 105 sets of 1 pull up.

God... I'm seeing it, but my brain is not in agreement with my eyes. Hats off to this chap, the hanging world record is 16 minutes and this guy done 63% of that WHILE doing pullups. I don't think I'll find anything more impressive in a long time.
20 minutes now
@@lossnt557 did this guy decide to do a dead hang WR or what?
@@wolrenn yeah but in the video where the guy did that, he used 1 hand at a time. Maybe the other commenters are referring to a world record where that strategy was not utilized.

This is impossible for 99.99% of population in earth and its even impressive to hangs for this time, let alone doing pullups in perfect form.

We need to respect such dedication instead of criticising that he was taking hanging rest in between reps.
Id say 10 seconds lol. And I’m 101kg can hang 15 rn
