Thank you for such a lovely video of my motherland. I have subscribed. I genuinely look forward to watching your perspective on some of my travel destinations. 🙏💖
Wow! Your passion and love for Armenia are genuinely touching. As an Armenian myself, your words brought tears to my eyes. Despite some people finding Armenians overly friendly, I appreciate your recognition of our good intentions. Your high praise for my nation means the world to me. Don't forget to explore other amazing parts of Armenia apart from Yerevan. I'm confident you'll have an incredible time. Wishing you all the best!
Glad you enjoyed your experience. On any given Friday and sat in the villages the smell of horovatz is in the air and if the local Armenians see you are visiting be prepared to be invited to enjoy the meal with them.
I am Armenian and Armenian hospitality is legendary. My father back during soviet Armenia would go out and find foreigners English French Afghans Iranians etc and invite them in our house for dinner for free.He was curious about other cultures. This is how he learned English and eventually immigrated to US and why I am in Boston now.
6:20-6:21 - It's amazing!!! 🥰♥️♥️♥️🤗
As an Armenian, I’m finally glad that people can see us less as ‘victims’ and more of common folk. The genocide isn’t the only thing that defines us and I’m so grateful that you have gotten that message across. Love you my guy!
Thank you so much for this video! I'm even crying a little bit because you visited really very good places in Yerevan, which few people know about and they deserve to be recognized and loved
The meat dish you're showing here is, in fact, called cabab in armenian, the khorovats is more like BBQ, but in open fire or the thundir, which is basicly a digged cylindrical hole with the fire at the bottom and meet wold be hanged vertically from the top down to the bottom on metal stcks. Longs story short If it's forcemeat, then it's cabab, if the meat is choped to small pieces, it's khorovats and if it's the whole or the half of the animal hanged in thundir (usually it's a sheep or a pig) then it is khorovi. Hope that helps))
Please do not compare us to Turks. The Turks have caused great pain and anguish to the Armenians. Plus our ethnic and cultural presence in the region is far older than the Turks.
I know you love armenia.. but i think you must learn to pronounce it, Go to venissage, the sell bookmarks that tell you how to pronounce armenian letters :)

That's such an amazing story, thank you for sharing that!! It was definitely the experience I had, the hospitality was unmatched!!
Thank you for the video! ❤💙🧡
Thank YOU for watching! 🙏🏻
Great video, but khorovats is barbeque not kebab. Kebab is kabab in Armenian and generally is used like a fast food.
