I found Armenia much prettier than Georgia and Azerbaijan, but only when you leave the city. The ancient churches and temples are great. City wise, although Yerevan is cute, Tbilisi and Baku are much better

I haven’t visited Slovakia since I was a little baby

Modernism didnt come to Bratislava from Russia... all that modernism is from Berlin, Paris and Brussel. Communists just liked the idea of modernism because they wanted new world and didnt have so much of respect toward history than people in democratic capitalistic countries. But modernism affected all the countries around the world a we could argue if, how and where better or whorse.

Its nice to show that Slovakia isnt destroyed like Russia, but there is a grain of truth in those Hostel movies in sense of corruption, mafia etc... really horrible stories especially from 90s during Mečiar era.

To anyone wanting to visit Bratislava in the near or far future, DON'T EVER GO TO SLOVAK PUB! It's a tourist scam! Shitty service, terrible food, bad vibes. No locals go there ever. If you want authentic slovak food bur with good service stay in the Old town and look for restaurant called "Koliba"

Giordano’s is stuffed not deep dish. Someone who knows what they are doing should have taken you around. Individual sized deep/stuffed/pan are poor examples of the regular versions. The individual proportions of cheese/crust/sauce/toppings are not a fair representation. The only pizza you got that was a good example was My Pie. Amateur video, should not be taken seriously

Its really cringe when youtubers come to bratislava and go to all the famous places ordering halusky and expecting it to be something special cuz everybody talks about it. Halusky are the simple food of the sheep farmers that can feed a lot of people for cheap. It has never ment to be a luxury mspeciality. It tastes great with fresh local Bryndza, but thats not everywhere, . Anyway, thanks for doing a not so cringy review of my country. But definetly visit other places like Spiš castle or Bojnice, or Banská Bystrica.

The funny this about EuroTrip is that the scene was filmed in Milovice, Czechia (Specifically at Spojovací street), a few months before the whole place was to be refurbished. The film crew actually filmed in summer and took all the leaves off trees, which killed them. :(

there certainly ARE places in svk that resemble those scenes from "Eurotrip" :D:D but even in our country that is rather exception than a rule..... I'd say our culture is somewhere in between in everything in general..... we're not the cleanest country, but also nowhere near as dirty as some other countries...... we are not one of the wealthiest countries, but there are even worse economical countries in europe...... we are not the nicest people, but also much nicer than some other countries..... so bottom line is, in slovakia you can always enjoy a big jar of authentic european mediocrity :D:D

11:13 - don't worry about saying "pierogis". Literally ALL the Poles say: "czipsy" (chips) making the same mistake - doubling the plural. If you want to make a joke when someone corrects your "pierogis" just say: "And do you say "czipy"?!"
