I discovered you a year or so ago while locked down by influensa.. Annoying days spend in bed feeling sorry for myself.. Your videos helped me. With your beautifull things and soothing voice. Since then i watch everything u post. You inspired me to pursue an older dream of making jewleries.
Thank you very much ! I,m always looking forward for your new post.
Ana
What a clever gift this would be with folded money inside instead of a gift card!! So clever!! having fun discovering you videos.... God Bless
This is such a creative idea. I've never seen anything like this. What a great way to make a personalized ornament for each person.
Thank you Sweetie! I did have a lot of fun with this project. :o)
Enjoyed the video, will never look at a match box the same again. Very creative.
Awww! Thank you Sweetie!
Thank you for all your excellent ideas!!❤❤❤
I know this was put out 6 years ago, but I still want to commit on it. You are a wonderful Crafter, and like how you leave your "bloopers" and "mess-ups" in your videos. It helps me keep in mind that it's okay to mess up and to not get to upset with myself and just have fun. Thank you for sharing your talent and ideas with us. I greatly appreciate it.
I've watched many crafting and diy videos over the years, and I have to say, now that I've found your videos, you are my favorite crafter of all time! You have such an eye, everything is perfect, the bling, the details, the themes.. God Bless you! Thank you for sharing your amazing God given gift of talent with us!
Awww! Thank you so much for your lovely comment! I really do appreciate it! God bless you back!
Must say, your instructions are exceptional!!! GREAT JOB!!!
I love how your voice is so calming. I've been falling asleep to your voice for the last week lol.
I do the same thing, her voice is so sweet and relaxing
@@nutshelly7947 yes!😍
Yes her relaxing voice make me faling sleep
You are so cleaver my friend! What a sweet little ornament, Thank-you for sharing! I love the idea the Nativity button set! While you demonstrating I also thought you could make a beautiful little tassel out of embroidery floss for the bottom dangle. Or make a cute little miniature Nativity or other holiday scene in a larger matchbox. The only problem then is what to do with all the matches! :) Lol.
Oh yes! A tassel would be beautiful at the bottom! As a matter of fact, I do have some tiny white tassels in my stash. I just may try it. :o) I had a TON of matches because i purchased a lot of boxes. The neighbors will take them off your hands. LOL!
Such little ornaments but the impact is huge thanks for sharing .
Thank you so much Pamela! :o)
I'm glad you didn't edit your difficulties, it encourages me when I have them. Thank you.
I just love this idea my neighbours little granddaughter would love this and my friend 5 year old son thank you sooo much as ursaaral super video I have started making videos for my own crafting friends on Facebook recently and know how nerve wracking it can be your a born natural keep it up for all of us XXX
You are so welcome Darlin'! I would LOVE to see your FB page. Could you please send me the link at HappyBirdsCraftingHaven@gmx.com ?
I just love these. The waiting time in between steps is actually great for me to work with my nieces . They are young and don't want to do anything for too long at a time and I suffer with chronic pain and can't last too long. They are staying with me for a while so now would be a great time to start on some while we can do a little each day. TFS, Elaine
Awww! Bless you Elaine! I can only imagine what having chronic pain is like. My Sister-in-Law has chronic back pain and it hasn't been easy for her. I admire how she keeps going in spite of what she goes through on a daily basis. She told me she can't stop living and I agree with her, but I just wish I could reach inside her and take all the pain away.
I'm amazed at the project's you make beautiful x
I took the matches and put them in a small mason jar. I cut out a circle of sandpaper to fit in the lid. I then placed the canning seals (forgot the name lol) under that to help keep matches dry and decorated around the rim with one row of bling wrap. You can also use ribbon. Makes a cute gift too.
Nothing to apologize for, Lori. This is a great tutorial. Those boxes are BRILLIANT!
I love your calm relaxing voice. I could listen to you for ever❣️❣️🤗
Thanks for sharing 💯 ❣️
Thanks for the great ideas. I want to make them all. Again use your finger to spread the glue anytime. I go to sleep watching you at night your voice is so soothing.
You are so talented! Love watching & learning from you ❤️
Thanks for leaving in the part where you struggled. I think this will give less experienced crafters like myself encouragement and shows that sometimes you just have to keep trying to figure out what works. :)
Thank you so much Gloria! I debated about editing it out, but I do like to let people know that not everything I made turns out magical. LOL!
Gorgeous! It’s okay to take your time, even if something is taking a while to get just right. It’s great that you can laugh at yourself.
went out this morning and got my supplies to make those gorgeous boxes..
The matchbox ornaments are so cute. You have such great ideas.
Thank you so much Angela! :o)
I'm going to make these for my great nieces and put a gift inside
Really, really cut ornaments and they look like alot of fun to make. I also learned to focus on one thing at a time...mostly in doing junk journals. Just learning all the different component parts and started getting overwhelmed until I played with each one at a time and began getting a handle on it. -Good advice!
Thank you Donna! Yes, I could definitely see how you would have to focus on one thing at a time when making Journals. I think that was the overwhelming part for me when I used to make scrapbooks years ago. I ended up with a lot of stuff I didn't really need to buy because I didn't have a solid "plan" for setting up the scrapbook. I also learned that "simple" is better when it comes to scrapbooking.
Beautiful, wow!!
Love, Love, Love!! xoxo

Hi, great idea for matchboxes!❤
Tip: When I use those "sticky bling strips " I take each piece off the strip and glue down, that way they won't peel off. Takes forever, however, worth it for me..
these are absolutely adorable, i just love them, tfs
Awww! Thank you Lala!

OMG! Gonna make these too! Just bought some bead caps and silver leafing pen on EBay! I just love your videos!
I absolutely LOVE your videos!!!
Hi sweetie, these are gorgeous,I do love the green one, that is stunning, but green is my favourite colour.I have just painted a couple of match boxes using the leafing pens, the silver one worked perfectly, but the gold does not want to know,so I thought ok I Will use the gold sharpie pen,but NOOOO that didn't want to play either ,luckily I have some leafing paint so will give that a go.The glitters look beautiful, give me a nudge if you need some more ok?Those blings are beautiful,I love them,so will be using some of them very soon ,thank you .I look forward to your next tutorial. Thanks for sharing, love, hugs and many blessings,Elaine xx...PS, I recognise the metallic star beads lol xx
Than you so much Elaine! I'm having a ball with the glitters! They have given me ideas to make my own as well. I don't think I mentioned in the video that you can also use paint pens. I would really like to invest some money into a set of paint pens. Not too fancy, but enough to do the job. I think I would find them useful for a lot of my projects. Thanks again and God bless Hun! :o)
aww I am pleased you are having fun with the glitters,I have just ordered some more,so they will be here very soon,so I can start playing with my matchboxes too lol. big hugd and lots of love Elaine xx
You just think of everything!! What a sweet, clever mind you have...so creative! I love these and will definitely make them...along with several of your angels. I love all of your videos and watch every one I can. Love you to pieces!! Just a suggestion...for punching the holes, an awl works great! Hugs and Blessings.
Love these!!
Gorgeous!

You are very talented and your video is amazing thanks a lot for your wonderful work.
You are so creative! These are super great. Thank you! What about glueing some tiny lace around some strategic spots. Might be cute too? You've given me lots of ideas, God Bless!
Awww! Thank you very much Susan! I think gluing lace around them would be really cute! Lovely idea! I'll have to keep that one in the back of my mind. Thanks for watching and God bless you too Hun!

What did you do to the sides that light up the match? Did you cut them out? Love the idea.
This is an adorable craft! I have lots of craft supplies, but I probably don't have any glitter. But I do have lots of scrapbook papers and stamping things. I'm totally inspired! If I make some I'll send you pics! Do you post a supply list on your blog? I'm gonna check it out! Thanks so much Happy bird!😍
