Tempo, tempo, tempo! I’m going through Integral Strength right now and can already do “regular” push ups pretty well. I’ve been doing super slow knee push ups (4 seconds down, 4 seconds back up) in the program and wow, has that made them challenging.
Hey Ryan and thanks for your very useful tips. My favourite has to be breathing through the nose - something that I have managed to successfully incorporate into my every day life. May I suggest mouth-taping if one is new to nasal breathing - it works wonders. Maybe 15 minutes or so per day to start with which should help to get used to the idea. Then you can extend this period and even do mouth-taping during night sleeps. You'll know what I mean the very first time you feel the empowerment when you get up in the morning. Of course, to do the last one it helps if you're single. Please note - god forbid - I'm not suggesting anyone should divorce their wife/partner in order to achieve proper nasal breathing :)

Heck, yeah. Tempo is another great one.
Weekly uploads? Thank you! :)
Trying to. :)

Ha! Yeah, we gotta keep people together.
Mouth-taping is also something I recommend as well and can really help. Cheers!
