As I say in the vid, the body only cares about making you better at life, not the exact zone you're in for X amount of time. Instead of trying to do it all, focus on movements that are natural, efficient, and help you feel strong and capable in everything you do, done with different intensities. Use good breathing mechanics and most importantly, stay consistent.
