I'm affraid that it's going to be just like rdr 2 and other Rockstar's games lower your expectations to avoid disappoiment... We have a "Undead Nightmare II" mod that has never been updated since it came out, a Mexico mod that never has been updated and which is really basic.

PS5 is pushing 60fps at 4K (not native but still) and you have to remember it's on par with RTX 2070, while on PC it's possible to have 4090. I'm not a PS hater or anything, it's just 4 years have already passed since PS5 launch and the most expensive modern PC parts are more powerful of course.

Like you'll have multiple 'Draw Distance' and 'Shadows' and 'Resolution' demonstrations, but they are all over the place throughout the video. Why don't you just put all the same demonstrations together. Like all the 'Draw Distance' segments should be together, one after the other, for example. Not scattered throughout the video. The way you structure your videos really doesn't make any sense, no offense.

But compared to the PS3/X360 this is not a straight port, it gained a completely new shadow system and foliage and draw distance were increased but the main attraction is the better AA and better shadows. Even if you upscale on emulators, this PS4 and PC port has way better shadows.
In retrospective, even if it's an open world game, it IS STRANGE that a 2010 AAA game launched without ambient occlusion, given AO launched on PC in 2007, consoles got AO with Unreal Engine 3 in 2008 and most other proprietary game engines also had AO by 2009.

The PC shadows are more accurate as there is soft shadowing. Shadows aren't universally sharp like that. Most games don't even use sharp shadows like that

Yes and no. RDR1 is a PS4 game with PS5 enhancements. It runs at 1440p60 (I don't think it was 4K) on PS5, 1080p30 on PS4 and 1440p30 on PS4 Pro.

That's because it's the PS4 version played on PS5 via backwards capability. It's limited by the PS4 pro code. There's no native PS5 version.
PS5 is pushing 60fps at 4K (not native but still) and you have to remember it's on par with RTX 2070, while on PC it's possible to have 4090. I'm not a PS hater or anything, it's just 4 years have already passed since PS5 launch and the most expensive modern PC parts are more powerful of course.
