I'm just a normal everyday lady who feeds friendly wild foxes and squirrels that come to my garden. Under no circumstances am I trying to tame them as pets or allow them into my home. I am also NOT a fox rescue service. They turn up of their own free will. Being urban, food isn't always easy to find, as not many areas for them to hunt, so I like to try and help them a little if I can. They are not totally reliant on me and haven't lost the ability to hunt for themselves. I will give them medication when needed for mange, infections, and pain, but that is under the close eye of the fox experts 🦊
ChipChip, Cookie, Jimmy, Pip, Daphne, Ringo, and Howie are the seven regulars that arrive most evenings. Basil hasnt been seen since the end of November, just as mating season started 😪 But I live in the hope that he'll return one day 🤞
Biscuit, was the first fox to befriend me back in 2021. Unfortunately she passed away Sept 1st 2023 and she is sadly missed by everyone who got to know her 😢❤️ I'd like to thank The Fox Angels Foundation and Second Chance Fox Rescue for all the help, support and advise with trying to help Biscuit. And the continued support they still give me. I can't thank you guys enough! 🦊🥰
Kenny and Norman, my two cats can be seen from time to time, plus there's Dave, the streetlight 🤣 Random cats, and not to forget the squirrels! ❤️ Plus, there's the badger! and sometimes a hedgehog!

Amazing how the medication and a week since then has changed Magoo's behavior.
Magoo seems to be more like 2 weeks younger than Simon. Whether that is true age, a result of medical issues, or maybe premature birth, who knows. But that size and coordination difference is really showing.

Nightfall here. Waiting for my fox to visit.
Yesterday early morning it was some snowfall. Late afternoon i wore my summerdress on the jetty. The air was so warm and the sunshine so lovely. 18 degrees C in air it was. 35 degrees C on veranda in strong sunshine.
It was lovely weather today.
Today spring arrived in my landscape.
21 pm i went for a little jog on the meadow. Enjoyed the light evening.
20 pm in Turkey it was almost black outside.
The light is returning to Sweden and I love it.
They are absolutely adorable! Magoo has really improved. He’s bouncing around just as quickly as Simon! So happy to see it!!

They’re growing, and getting bolder. That tunnel was a good idea. Simon seems to like the crackly toy (my GSD prefers those, too).
How long has Magoo been seizure free? I was worried that he might have had toxoplasmosis.

In their cute little fox mind, they are all grown up. Rough and tough and hard to bluff. Look what I am able to do while rearranging the blankets from under the cage. They are so cute. And you are doing a great job. One thing is they will always remember your voice . And your scent.
Deb, You are making precious memories that will have your whole life. Just fantastic. It's so fulfilling to watch Magoo gain confidence mobility and become more and more inquisitive. They can never be let out into the wild. Especially after being picked up and cuddled. Maybe be kept on a wildlife farm or in a sanctuary where they can be protected and fed. Or maybe someone with a big home. Deb you are doing a fantastic job with these gorgeous little darlings bless you

Aww bless play time with mum. Oh and they are outside that's great. Try putting a box in with them so if they do get a bit scared or overwhelmed they can go in the box. Plus try putting fox teddy out with them a bit of comfort. Starla was a bit unsure when she first went in the garden. I had to let the old boy Sultan out with her. She stuck to him like glue but soon got the hang of it. Aww magoo having a little run he's so cute and Simon going mad for his new toys. Aww Simon don't bite your mum now look your teaching magoo bad habits lol but it's lovely to see. Someone got jealous and want mums attention all to himself. Xx
