Old Rusty lever pump restoration

Hello friends , this is an old hand operated lever oil pump from 1970's, National-Spencer, Inc., based in Wichita, Kansas, USA
I found this rusty pump at a junk shop, it was completely rusted out and unusable so I decided to restore it back to its glory days, And in the end I will test and use it
