There are no pictures or videos of these items... unless you were there, you never were going to see and appreciate the beauty of these items. That's why this guy is a miracle worker..!! for future reference, leaving the original patina ON the coins makes them much more valuable. do not polish your old coin collections, people. collectors want them fully as they are, no metal removed by attempts at polishing. just leave the patina.
Indeed the actual vale of that coin is less than 10€. Just a regular silver 700 coin, very common. Clean it if you want, it's just nice anyway. Good job bringing back to life that toy!

Yes, you have right but sometimes the original color is no more the original Color 😃. Because after decades of exposing to the sun and dust and any other factors , the color can change from the original one. That’s why , when in a restoration , the colour can be more darker or more lighter.

@kidawesome5577 yes all you have to do is do a quick google search to find out. It'll lower the grade level by 2-3 grades depending on the coin and how much it was cleaned and how it was cleaned
Always amazing work. I am glad you kept the original numbers on the tally tabs. They do say never to clean an old coin. For some reason collectors like "toned" coins. It may decrease the value when you polish them.

I think it’s the memory . When you disassemble one thing , it’s still in your memory the steps you did. Just need to assemble the parts back from the finish to start.
Yes it is the same ! But I only cleaned with baking soda and a towel. The coin was cleaned before with something that left some scratches on it . Maybe after many years , will have patina on it again , because I not intend to sell now .

I collect for myself and polish every coin to a mirror finish except for my 1920's silver dollars which I carry in my pocket
