@Rivr ID I get the reference
I'm from the UK. My dad took one of his old drills to a repair shop. It was similar to this one, aluminium body, a really old drill. Repair shop wouldn't return it to him because it was too dangerous.
They didn't return it to him because they are getting rarer and rarer these days and are very good drills. Your dad got ripped off, which is not uncommon these days, thieves exist pretty much everywhere. BTW, the shop has absolutely no right to deny him of his property, what they did is illegal and theft.
If I was your dad I would of told them to get fucked and give me my property back. That's like your car failing MOT and the garage saying "its failed, your not having it back it".
"but all it needs is a new tyre to go through MOT"... "no its dangerous".
Yeah, like the funeral home that lost my naans rings, they soon found them when we said we'd call the police. Thieves everywhere.

Just one question, you deeply cleaned up everything so good I wonder why you left the old rusty screws?
I've seen all your videos so far, and not only you're extremely talented with tools, you're also very creative. You make everything you do seem so easy and that's a gift. Such an artist.

How ironic that you've got that sign at 6:12 which says "Avoid any accidents by using protection devices while working", yet you still managed to shock yourself at the beginning :))
