Great Video
Why didn't you cut the perimeter of the sign with the CNC versus the bandsaw? Im just curious.
Can you do this same method if you already painted the wood, so if i have a blue background but want the letters to be black.
Love your video, where are you getting your down cut vee bits, been looking for them and haven't found any yet.
This was a helpful video thanks for sharing, anything you have changed in your process since posting this video?
That finished sign looks terrific. If I were doing a similar project, would it be okay to spray paint the routed part instead of using a brush?
Can I use the shellac and acrylic paint for exterior signs? Thanks for you help my friend.
Just curious why you decided not to cut the sign profile out on the CNC instead of using the band saw?
Good explanations! Thank you!
Thanks for the video, very helpful! Can I ask the depth of cut you typically use?
You don't have an issue with the acrylic paint sticking to the shellac?
Does the oramask leave a sticky residue for you?
