    Everyone needs to try this! I've begun using only Micellar water for my super sensitive acne prone skin after a horrible breakout that's lasted four months, and my skin is healing like crazy now!

    I had the same problem last year. My skin was a collection of pimples, all red. I was desperate and went to a new dermatologist and what she said was that I should not use water, just micelar water, day and night. My skin cleared completely and now I have just a pimple here and there.
    But! You should do a mask one in a while to unclog you pores. Of course you will need to take the mask off with water but after you take it off you use the micelar, so the “bad” water doesn’t do it damage.
    I’ve been trying niacinamide and AHA+BHA in the last few days and it seems to be helping with the pores, but it’s still too early to tell

    The reason why some sunscreens broke you out in little tiny pimples is because those pimples are "malassezia". It's a type of fungus that naturally lives on the skin, but some products and oils (including too much natural skin oil) make it grow more. It's pretty common, especially in hot climates, so you're normal if you ever get it. :)

    Yes girl this makes so much sense for me. My skin got better with using a glycerin soap, micellar water, and daily moisturizer. But not great. No more washing my face in the shower with that soap. Thanks!

    Just started to clean my face at night with micellar water instead of water and soap (which was aggressive since it’s for treating acne) and I have to say, it feels weird not to splash my face in cold water.
    I wasn’t sure if just the micellar water is enough but your video helped a lot 👏

    Use the Neutrogena grapefruit 2% salycilic acid acne clearing face wash, if you have an oily acne prone skin type to get rid of pimples and excessive sebum production. It really worked for me my skin has gotten alot better after using it and don't forget to moisturise your face after cleansing because salicylic acid can dry out your face.

    ever since i have moved schools, my skin terribly broke out and never in my life was i stressing out so much ): ive read about acne and hard water, so i tried washing my face with bottled water but it was too difficult to keep up with. besides, i dont think it made any changes to my skin. ill try this out and see if it does anything

    • @etheriusmoon1809
      @etheriusmoon1809 5 років тому +5

      Hey! Bottled water should be alkaline, because that's the water that our body needs. The water our skin needs, is acidic. The top layer of our skin is called the acidic mantle, and if you use alkaline products, it can disrupt it, causing skin condition such as rosacea, acne, etc. This micellar water has a pH lower than 5.5 (which our acidic mantle is and needs to stay at) so it should be good to use! Avoid using bottled water! Hopefully this helped you! For more info watch Olena Beley on how to cleanse on UA-cam :)

    • @nourakh943
      @nourakh943 5 років тому +3

      @@ngeunjee4320 okk well i think it depends on the person! for me it didn't make that big difference honestly but i noticed that it got rid of all the redness of my pimples but it didn't get rid of all my pimples COMPLETELY, so instead of getting new pimples every day i started getting very few pimples one or twice a week if that makes sense ! also thank god i didn't have any break outs . So it's actually good it helps to calm my skin and prevent break out. My advice to just don't use it everyday on bare face cuz that made my face feels kinda itchy also always remember to wash ur face after using it !👍🏼💕

      Keenu Fararizkyta Hey I used to use a face wash! But as it gotten better I stopped and only used Micellar water! You can ease into it! Just implement it in your routine! The most key thing is to clean off the water residue from your skin! So you definitely can use a face wash rinse off with water, use micellar water and then put on some moisturizer!
