I'm suffering now for pancreas cancer stage 3, and still hoping I'm cured
*Well here I am exactly 12 months after my initial diagnosis today is the 12th of December 2022, the past year has been a whirlwind of body scans chemotherapy and even a failed operation to remove the cancer but I'm still here and remain relatively fit and active , I'm now having palliative chemotherapy I know this fuck awful cancer will eventually get me but here is hoping for another 12 months of active life👃*

Hi I get my treatment at Lincoln county hospital here in the UK I'm on three week cycle of Gemcitabine chemotherapy and one week chemo free, this will continue for as long my body can endure it, but the Gemcitabine is really mild when compared to the Folfirinox chemotherapy I was originally on, as for giving you advice it would be to just stay and think positive, I don't know what country you are from but I suspect it might be India and I know nothing about the healthcare system of India, but here in the UK we don't have to pay for any of our medication once we have been diagnosed with a terminal condition so I get a drug named Creon which I take after eating anything free of charge and this really helps with the digestive process, in most cases of Pancreatic cancer the tumour prevents the pancreas from producing enough digestive enzymes and insulin the body needs, so I suggest if you are not already taking Creon you should get some and I guarantee it will help with stomach aches, as for me if the Pancreatic cancer wasn't bad enough😒I have just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes due to my pancreas struggling to produce enough insulin, I have been prescribed a drug named Metformin for the diabetes which seems to be working well, anyway I don't know what life holds for you and I but good luck for the future and remember to stay positive, God bless.
My grandma is diagnosed with this. Shes in so much pain. Life becomes so unfair its so hard knowing a loved one is gana leave u soon. Allah pl have mercy on her😭

I lost my cousin 4 years ago from this he died coming from the cancer hospital in Philly he was 56 I think

I was diagnosed with this today 12/01/2021, I doubt I will make it another 12 months.

Thanks for asking still here the tumour is inoperable at the moment due to its's size and proximity to my portal vein I'm scheduled for 3 months of chemotherapy starting in March 1st to try and shrink the tumour away from the vein and then hopefully it becomes operable.
How can they detect this earlier? I lost my 36 year old daughter three weeks ago because her neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas was detected two months before she died.

With (PET )Scan if someone have stool prob abdominal pain loose weight low diet any changement specialy the diabetes patients even Dr didn't prescribe the pet scan in normal scan some time it can't detect
