Thank you for this great info! Question: would a UA-cam funnel work for service offers instead of a course or program? I have offers in my business but none that are "set it and forget it' like a course. All my offers require working with people. How should I tweak the UA-cam funnel process to work for me?

Wow Meredith, you may wonder if anyone ever takes what you say to heart and takes action on it. Well after 'thinking' about it for some time, after watching this video, you lit a fire under me. One week later, I've got my newsletter funnel setup and I've also setup a companion website for my channel! I'll be introducing it to my channel viewers next week and next steps include getting my show notes into a properly organized book format as well as design the saas site to provide my patrons more options as well as monetize my channel. I think what also got the fire lit for me was I'm getting a bit sick and tired of depending on UA-cam to syndicate my videos. It was in a recent video I watched that mentioned that close to 80% of views come from the good graces of UA-cam. No more. If I can develop a newsletter list, nothing is going to stop me from sending out a message, like you do, to say hey, check out the latest video and the show notes on the companion site! I love it. I'm going to be stepping into the waters of Instagram here over the next month or so and get that bolted on as well! Wish me luck and thank you!

How do you actually collect the email addresses from a UA-cam video? Are people putting them in the comments? Or do you have to redirect them to your website?
