In the hangover stage right now. Thank you so much for your in depth video. It really helped a lot! As a preventive measure I strongly recommend people take Vitamin D (2000 IU’s) Vitamin K and Magnesium daily.
I still feel my brain floaty,slight lightheadedness when i move my head for a while, unbalance in body, feels like vertigo is going to happen bt didn't, feels like foggy and unconsciousness even after BPPV correction by epley maneuver..What is the reason behind it? Am I getting healed or something..?
@@jillradovanovic3460 , everyone is different but typically, it takes about 6 weeks to see improvement. Some people begin to see results sooner and some people need more time before improvement is noticeable.

I have both positional and lateral vertigo on my right side. Can I do both Epley and BbQ at the same time?
